Let's hope the Engie continuing service is as great as my initial contact with Daniel Ferries who set in motion my switch to Engie. Daniel was polite, relaxed, effective and made me feel very welcome.

Having received a timely email that my Engie electricity contract was coming up for renewal and they suggested a good value rollover option to a new contract. I also looked at the website for future options, preferring a longer fixed term period. The website was clear about these and it was easy to make my own comparisons. I contacted Engie and had Jonathan confirm what I had considered. He then took a few details and said that he would set that new period/contract and it would run at the completion of my current one. All changes were made correctly. Jonathan was at all times professional, courteous and wanted me to be clear that I was aware of my options. I have generally been very pleased with Engie in all my dealings,

Have had an IT problem for 9 months with Engie unable view correspondence from them. Couldn’t open my bills on line. Two evenings with Vlad and sorted because he is IT trained in these problems. Well done Vlad all sorted and understood from my perspective being a technical dummy. Genuine thanks Vlad it was a pleasure talking to you

I rang to review my current deal that was coming to an end. Phone was answered very quickly quickest yet by any energy company I have been with by Vlad in a friendly manner who proceeded to deal with my enquiry professionally and politely. I decided to remain with Engie as I am pleased with all aspects of their service.
