I had a question about pricing after renewal, the phone was answered quickly and my question answered straight away. Spoke to a very helpful guy called Daniel Ferries who explained the options. Ive been with Engie now for over 2 years and have found them to be pretty easy to deal with and the prices always seem to be good value.

Easy to switch and very competitive prices. Help desk staff are very efficient in answering questions and supporting account set up- thank you to Daniel Ferries for assisting with meter read query. Highly recommended

After a very short wait to talk to Jordan (even though they were warning of long delays due to the volume of people calling to change tariffs) Jordan was quick, polite and vert efficient in changing my tariff.

Rang to renew our fixed energy plan got through to Chris Sharman very quickly. His telephone manner and helpfulness was excellent and he sorted out our new fixed energy plan until September 2021. Thankyou .

I spoke with Andrew Taylor this morning regarding confusion over reading my electricity meter (the old dial type); Andrew was very understanding and has promised to try and resolve my problem as quickly as possible. It's good to deal with a real person who cares enough to listen and act promptly. I am confident my issue will be resolved.

I rang needing to cancel my account as we were moving house. I couldn't believe how quickly I got through to a real human and it was so easy to give our readings. Tom was lovely and friendly and really helpful. I wish all customer service was this good!

I was advised by email that to increase my direct debit payments I had to call the help line. Expecting a time consuming and torturous process, I called the Free Phone number where I was asked to key in my account number, date of birth, three option choices. Then unbelievablely my call was answered straight away, speaking to Daniel Ferries he helped me with my request, no problem. Was there anything else, he then helped give me advice regarding messages sent to my account. All done in five minutes. Brilliant.

I spoke with Tom Westgarth on the phone with regards to my Direct Debit review. He was able to adjust the amount to meet my needs, but ensured he was clear and that I understood fully about the potential dangers of this. I appreciated his professionalism and help.

My ENGIE portal is great, it is user friendly and it gives you a lot of control over your payments. The helpline is also very straightforward and you get in touch with someone very fast. Just called to renew my plan and I am very happy with the informations and support received from Daniel Ferries.

Rang Engie as my contract is ending soon and wanted to discuss extending it on a different tariff than what was suggested to me in the renewal email. Spoke to Jordan who was very friendly, polite and helpful. After leaving one of the big companies where it took a long time for them to answer the phone and then often seemed they wanted you off the phone as quickly as possible, dealing with Engie and their staff (Jordan today), is such a nice change.

I have just spoken to Jordan Emery and was great having somebody at the end of the phone that was polite, courteous and knowledgeable. I've dealt with the top six energy suppliers in the past over the years. I have to say customer service from Jordan and Engie, tops the lot. Keep up the good work.

My current Engie contract is shortly due to expire and so I contacted Engie customer services to discuss the various options moving forward with Engie. I spoke with Jordan who was extremely helpful and very professional in his approach and in terms of the information he provided. I subsequently decided to take out a further Fixed term contract with Engie - I have been very happy with the product to date, the service and customer support that Engie have provided. Many thanks again for all your help!
