United Kingdom | 15 May 2019I hadn't heard of Engie when I first switched to them 2 years ago following a Moneysaving Expert recommendation but I'm glad I did. I chose a fixed rate dual fuel contract and the switch was easy and straightforward. Paperless billing isn't problem as I receive regular email and text reminders to send in meter readings which ensures my bills are always accurate and that I pay enough to cover my usage without building up a large credit. This fixed deal is now coming to an end so a quick check on the Engie website then a call to their advisor, Daniel Ferries, this morning has renewed my contract to another fixed rate until September 2021, ensuring I'm locked into reasonable rates well into the future and no nasty price increases like the big suppliers do! The whole renewal process was quick, easy and faultless. Daniel gave me the new rates and my estimated annual consumption and clearly explained the renewal process. I have complete confidence the switch to the new contract will be seamless and have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Engie to my family and friends.
