I was put through to Daniel Ferries, who was professional and helpful and he enlightened me that I was currently paying too much (companies rarely tell you that!) and that i was due a refund for this over-payment, then helped me switch easily to a new cheaper tariff which was suitable for my usage. 10/10 for customer service. Excellent company. Highly recommend it.

United Kingdom | 14 May 2019I rang customer service and spoke with Daniel Ferries about the increase the amount of my monthly Direct debit payment which had recently been communicated and had been somewhat of a surprise to me . Daniel was polite and clear in his explanation of the reason for the increase. We then had an open discussion of the options open to me and we finally agreed a level of payment which I found acceptable given my current usage. Throughout I felt that I, not the company, was in charge of the discussion. Most satisfied.
