United Kingdom | 13 May 2019I've had bad experiences with Utility Providers over the years so didn't have great expectations for Engie but when I called them they answered the phone very quickly, which is a nice change, to save me wasting time on hold. I then spoke to Jordan who was really helpful and very pleasant to talk to. Currently just my Gas is with Engie but if they carry on providing this service they may well have our electric account too. Well done Engie

If you are stuck in a bad contract with Engie which was mis sold to you, by them or a broker contact the ombudsman with an honest account of how it was sold. I've recently won an ombudsman case against them for poor customer service. Now taking legal action against them on another matter. They now collect reviews on here which doesn't give an honest reflection of how bad they are as a company. They were rated 90th in the energy sector on here not too long ago now 24th . It would be funny if it wasn't so shocking. Seriously avoid. Hi Ruth , Trustpilot disagrees and rightly so , my honest reviews are about my experience with Engie to warn future customers who may be duped by your recent inflated rating on here and poor customer service. May i suggest you advise your new CEO to start an Engie business one on trustpilot?. Now that would be interesting! I'm sure there is a very good reason why Engie don't want one on here. May i also suggest you yourself move to the customer service department as your swift replies to the hmmmm 5 star reviews would be beneficial in that department. If you google plenty of the names who leave 5 star reviews they actually work for Engie in some capacity the others i presume are fake names but also work for Engie. Unethical or what? Regards
