I called and spoke to Andrew Taylor this afternoon to find the actual contract expiry date and he was able to give me the details I asked for. He was friendly, professional and very helpful. If, when the time comes to find a good supplier, the price is comparable, I shall be staying with Engie.

I visited Switchcraft to review the costs by other utility providers but came back to Engie because not only do I believe that their service cannot be beaten but their staff are brilliant at communicating. Especially Daniel Ferries, who demonstrated that service and servility are still qualities that us OAPs truly appreciate. Thank you Daniel

Very helpful and knowlegable person, Andrew Taylor, who advised me to wait until about 2 weeks before the end of my current tariff and then phone back up again or l could lose out if l changed now. All in all a very pleasant experience talking to this agent.

Jordan when I spoke with him today was open and honest and for one related to moving when he changed car insurance provider. Sound guy and super helpful! Awesome company and I'll be back if the price is right!
