I switched to Engie some months ago having had endless problems with my previous energy supplier. Since the switch everything has worked smoothly and efficiently. Whenever I have contacted the company my queries are dealt with promptly. I have today notified Engie of my impending house move. I spoke with Daniel Ferries, who gave me simple guidance regarding my request to take Engie with me when I move. He is to be commended. He was personable, spoke clear and precise English so that I understood everything, and made me feel like a valued customer. I would recommend Engie and their representatives to anyone who is fed up with speaking to Energy Companies who employ compartmentalised robots who just read from a script and solve nothing. Well done Engie!

Fixed tariff for 30 months is a great offer. They however need to get up to speed fitting Smets 2 Smart meters. Having to submit meter readings will be a pain.

I would like to thank Abi in customer services who dealt with my concerns quickly and efficiently. She endeavoured to call me back as promised and managed to deal and resolve my query the same afternoon. I would have no hesitation in using Engie again the staff are always friendly and willing to assist with any problems.

Having been with Engie now for more than 12 months I can say I am very happy with the service I receive. The Dual Fuel account provides a competitive price for me, the cost of Gas & Electric has gone down on my Personal projection and paying by Direct Debit saves me money too. Customer Services are very helpful and I am more than happy to recommend Engie to anyone.

I'm a new customer with ENGIE and so far the service has been excellent with no problems. I was looking around as my then provider hiked up the price considerably. I nearly went with another provider until I talked to my youngest daughter who said she was with ENGIE and I should contact them. I did and the deal they offered I thought was excellent.

Just joined Engie:- But the option of a long deal, easy transfer over from our previous supplier, lower tariff. If it keeps going like this i'm sure we'll extend the period

Very easy to swap supplier, some months ago. However I needed a switch installed by them before getting a charging point for an electric car. The call centre was super helpful, but the contractor they use (Lowri Beck) cancelled on me twice, the second time they just didn't turn up, and this has delayed the process by a month - hence 4 stars rather than 5. Again the call centre was really helpful, and one guy, Lee Green really pulled out the stops to get a quick re-book for the installation, and managed the process for me. That was definitely 5 stars.
