United Kingdom | 15 April 2019So far my experience is less than enjoyable. I have both emailed and confirmed over phone and website my meter readings on three occasions. The wrong ones were sent to my old provider, and were higher than my actual usage a month later. I called to sort this out and was told someone would be In contact with a resolution within 24 hours. My only option is to move to a new provider with the leaving fee waivered. It is not acceptable that something as simple as providing a meter reading should be so troublesome.

United Kingdom | 15 April 2019New account in Jan. Slight hitch with first meter readings - quickly sorted by Jordan, who also gave me a few pointers as to how to keep my account running smoothly. As stated, new account in Jan, no probs with switchover, excellent customer service, great deal - what's not to like? Keep it up.

United Kingdom | 15 April 2019Just got a call from home that Engie has taken out £603.46 today. After checking my emails I did not see any communication about it but the request of this review. Joining Engie Electricity was because they claimed to provide clean energy. When they started to provide Gas, I joined it as well and asked the customer service to combine two accounts into one. It never happens and I have never been able to log on my gas account - I have rung countless times and eventually given up. A few months ago, Engie sent a letter saying sorry for leaving. I was astonished because I did not do anything. On the phone they said somebody had used my address to swap energy supplier. How could this happen? I was ended up having to approve I am the rightful owner and it took a few weeks to settle. I hope Engie can see this review straight away so I do not have to wait too long to speak with them about this £603.46 - cannot wait both contracts end! 18.06.2019 The reason of taking out £603.46 was because Engie did not take my direct debit payment for 3 months so they just took all amounts as one go without any notice! Last direct debit in May was on time but they have no taken this month's - annoyinggggggggggggg!
