Anyone crazy enough to order from AJ Madison should make sure that when replacing an appliance for a new one that ALL Measurements triple confirm. We order a new Bosch range to replace an Bosch range. The new appliance is off by 1”. We contact AJ Madison for a return and they said to us that the return/replace will trigger a 30% of the cost. So let’s say $2,300 + $300delivery + $100 installing will cost us over $700 to return the appliance. That’s simply PREDATORY PRACTICES in my opinion. Stay away from this company

They are the worst. I ordered a full kitchen. The refrigerator was missing as werethe dishwasher panels. I called and no one ever got back to me I knew there was a reason that the man at the Fischer Paykel showroom suggested I use PC Richards

Terrible company. My wife spent over $4000 on a stove, which the salesman told her that it was complete, the legs were attached and it was "no assembly required". BS, this was a DIY project (plus it was in a massive wooden crate which had to be disassembled, which she was told the delivery company would open it up to be sure no damage.. they didn't), LOTS of assembly, including picking up and supporting a 200+ lb stove to assemble the legs. No way 2 senior citizens could do this, I complained and a day later they called back and say the delivery company would come back and install the legs (10-15 minute job) for $225. Never believe ANYTHING they say. The product is beautiful (ILVE stove) but the customer service sucks big time.

I needed a cooktop & wall oven fast for an earlier than expected install and Irakli did an amazing job! He found me just what I needed in my price range and made sure whatever he suggested was available for immediate shipping. He was so knowledgeable about the products and was very professional.Will definitely call him when I need the rest of the appliance.

This company is garbage. After waiting 2 months for my fridge and freezer to be delivered and paying for appliance Haul away / White glove service they sent two non-english speaking delivery drivers who not only did not install my appliances, they also did not haul away the appliances like I paid them for and they even decided to rip open the package on my front porch and throw the plastic the cardboard and the styrofoam all across my yard rather than ask me where they could dispose of it or to simply haul it away like they were paid extra to do. I would not recommend this worthless company to my worst enemy. An absolute garbage experience and am trucking is a worthless worthless company do not purchase from these crooks.

Terrible company very frustrating have to deal with them the delivery company they use that is supposed to be solid and is as liquid as water they are the worst and it's no coincidence since AJ Madison is no better. So, beware and avoid AJ Madison and their delivery service AM Delivery. Bad, Bad, Bad, Very Bad.

Plain and simple they are crooks. Do not buy from them. I purchased an expensive washer dryer and dishwasher. The price was good. Yet when they arrived all three were dented. I was put in touch with there service rep. After a week they offered me $50 per machine. When I told him I would never buy a dented machine and if I did, it would be more like $200 off they agreed to change the dented parts. It’s been months later and they have not responded and basically have told me to F off. It’s probably better to buy something local than from these crooks.

Beware. They are scammers. Spent $5600 and a month later no product. I called numerous times they had no tracking #. They didn’t even ship it out. But still want to charge me a restocking fee for their mistake. Just want to let everyone know before they make a mistake that I made by buying from them. Never again scammers

Way off delivery date, they promise something they can't deliver and then stick it to you when you want to cancel the order because THEY lied. I would steer well clear of this company, wished I had seen the reviews before I ordered, my mistake, learn from me, don't use them.

Purchased this item, and before I could even install it, they lowered the price $400+. I have bought many things from them and need many more to remodel my son's house. They didn't so much as offer me a small store credit. Basically told me to pound sand when I inquired about it. I think it's shortsighted, but there are plenty of other places to shop.

If there was a negative rating I would give it to AJ Madison. We ordered a washer, dryer, and refrigerator for our new home. The truck "broke down" during the delivery. They did not respond to any inquiry as to a rescheduling date. 2 weeks later they delivered the refrigerator and washer. They did not include the water hose and it was not assembled. The dryer was delivered on a different date with a huge dent in the side. We refused the delivery and finally got a new one 2 weeks later. We paid for a full installation of all of the appliances, but when the dryer was delivered they said that they didn't do installations. We were again left without a washer and dryer. Despite repeated calls to customer service, the appliances were not installed. I figured out how to do this myself, and finished it today. In all of my years on the planet, this was the worst experience I have ever had with any company. If you are thinking of buying from AJ Madison, I would strongly suggest you find another appliance company!

I ordered an expensive cooktop, which arrived totally smashed. It was a hassle to get this reordered, 3 months later the 2nd one arrived totally smashed. The issue was it was being packaged with no padding and it's a glass topped cook-top. The 3rd replacement arrived last week (9 months after the 1st order) and it was completely smashed. The customer service manager was to get back to me to see if something could be done. I never heard back. Beware of this company-hard to get any service and their shipping policy is horrendous and they refuse to do anything about it. DO NOT USE AJ Madison. Hours of time lost, hundreds of dollars in phone calls trying to resolve-nothing.

The online ordering process was easy, the price was the lowest than any other retailer, and there was clear communication about delivery updates. The delivery drivers were very helpful and professional by removing the old range and unwrapping the new one. The product was delivered in perfect condition and we love the features of the range.

Took almost a month for delivery of our new dishwasher. Purchased the install and haul away package. Delivery day, they had planned to just drop off. I had to convince them that is was an jnstall. Installer were not happy. If I was not present I’m sure they would have dragged the new dishwasher across the wood floor, dumped the water from the old dishwasher on the kitchen floor. No cleanup. Left packaging debris in a pile in front of my house. Poor service, poor attitude. Contacted the company, they have not responded with what they had promised. Avo

We purchased Frigidaire refrigerator freezer set. They were delivered on June 8 and the installers came on June 22. When they unpacked, we found a big dent on the refrigerator. I called the customer service and reported the damage right away. Maria F promised to get back to me but did not return the call for 1 h. The installers went ahead with the installation as they could not keep on waiting at 6 pm.They found that water outlet was leaking at the bottom. I reported the problem the next day. Maria initially said that the manufacturer will replace with a new one. Then their story changed. They sent out a tech from Electrolux and the tech confirmed external and internal damages. He also found that the installation was not done right. Since then, the customer survice got back to me that the freezer does not meet requirement for return, as it would be repairable. I called the manager Ditty and she promised to work on it. However, I have not heard from Maria or Ditty and no reply to my emails. On top of that, the sales person did not include twin pairing kit in VU the order for the side by side installation. They are not coming along with their responsibility. Terrible business ethics. I wonder how to go about it.

I bought a fridge from AJ Madison only because they promised they had 2 units arriving in 2 days, one would be mine. Now a week later, they still don't have it and don't know when they're getting it. I could have gotten it from Lowes cheaper than AJM, but needed it ASAP as we are without a fridge. Sales agent lied about availability of product just to make the sale. Now the fridge has gone off sale everywhere else, and I can't get it any sooner from AJ Madison, if even at the same time. This was fraud, be aware of this crooked company.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Most reviews are written as part of promotion. Order placed a month ago, took 2 weeks to ship, another week to even schedule a delivery only to have it cancelled and yet to be re-scheduled (while appliances are in the warehouse in the same city). Every time we call they are coming up with different excuses while our window of delivery ends today.

Terrible. My refrigerator arrived damaged and they refused to return or exchange it. Said i have to have it repaired by manufacturer. No options.

We JUST worked with John Pereira @ AJ Madison. What a great experience! I doubt that shopping for appliances (in our case, a difficult to replace refrigerator) is on the top of anyone's list as a fun thing to do an Sunday afternoon. However, John made it an amazing day. He was patient, knowledgable, friendly, and helpful to the max. And he knows how to make things work in the city, as well. I'd dealt with AJ Madison once before and had a positive experience.
