Visited the Giltbrook store and quite impressed with the range and quality of products on display here. Of all the furniture and sofa stores on this row, the quality of the products seem far superior to the competitors. Paul was particularly helpful and friendly without being over the top or pushy. He helped us with our queries and showed us around items he thought we would like having listened to our needs. So far, so good. We have placed an order and look forward to delivery. Hope the rest of our experience is as enjoyable as the start of our journey with our first dealings with B&S. 👍

We made two visits to the Hull store when purchasing our new sofas and chair. On both occasions we saw Dawn Hall who helped us to make our choice, answered all our questions and explained all our options, without being pushy or intrusive. We've bought from Barker & Stonehouse before and been very happy with the quality of service and products. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend both the store and Dawn.

We have recently purchased stressless furniture at the hull branch of Barker and Stonehouse, we were expertly looked after by Natasha Rhodes, she couldn't have been more patient and helpful with us. She certainly knew her products and spent a good few hours helping us, she made it a pleasant experience 😊 on reflection at home we changed our mind regarding the colour but even that was not an issue , one phone call to Natasha and it was sorted. I would highly recommend her and the store.

Paul greeted us in store when we were shopping for a new sofa. We knew which one we wanted and just needed to check for size and comfort. When we made our decision Paul was very helpful in arranging interest free credit which was a bonus we hadn’t expected. We then visited the cafe for a snack and afterwards decided to order a large floor rug and a pair of counter stools. Paul had made us feel so comfortable that we sought him out to process the order. This is the second large purchase we have made at Barker and Stonehouse in the past six months, with the experiences we’ve had we will be back again.

We have just purchased some beautiful leather furniture from the Hull store. The sales person was Barrie Malloy. We visited the store several times to make sure that the purchase was just right for us and Barrie was always professional, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. We were undecided about the configuration of the suite (one, two and/or a three seater) and had some technical questions about the electric mechanisms. Barrie was exceptionally helpful at all times and we are grateful to him for his time an patience. He is a credit to a great company and the Hull store. Thank you.
