United States | 28 March 2025Placed an order... the shipping address is wrong. Sent e-mail prior to shipping to try to change it, got no response despite company saying they respond within 24 hours. Re-sent e-mail the next day- still waiting to hear something. Now it says it has shipped- hopefully can contact somebody to change before it gets to the US. ** It's now April 1, Tuesday, and still no word. April 2nd I got an email saying my package is ready to be picked up?? Where, when, how? No details at all. So, the package is lost in the mail system....I'm just going to order it again and make sure they have the right address 😉

United States | 21 February 2025Placed an order and paid immediately. For 12 hours it showed processing, then went to unpaid. For 7 days after 4 days of emails it finally went to processing. After processing for 4 days I recieved a notice my items are unavailable. This is wonderful as I have mentioned i needed these items .by a certain date. I am not offered a refund, but only to wait, replace with like or cost same, or partial refund. I need those items but sent my second choice but required to guarantee shipping in 10 days. Or they can give me an immediate refund so I can store purchase what is needed. I sit now and wait until they give me the so g and dance and show the incompetence of the company. If this is how the do business I refuse to repurchase anything in the future..

Of course no item you pick is un stock and they offer a refund for 50% or less of what you paid. They have received the last order they will get from me.

United States | 30 January 2025I get a ton of emails from this company despite numerous requests to remove me from all mail and email lists. I've been trying to get removed since October 2024!! I get confirmation that I've been removed, yet the emails keep coming! It would only allow me to enter one date in the review, but I have ALL the emails with different dates. They are in violation of Federal law by continuing to email me. Blocking the email address hasn't worked. My next step is to contact my lawyer to get this resolved. Do not do any business with Rosegal!! Update: Rosegal says to contact customer service. I already did on 10/22/24, was assigned ticket #E241023000009 and said I'd hear from them within 24 hours. Nope, never heard back!!

United States | 25 January 2025DO NOT buy from this company. You will not get a full refund they give you 15 bucks back and say donate the clothing. They will Give you a shipping time and it will not be correct. It takes I we a month. The quality is Trash, and obviously sizing is off! STAY AWAY!

Canada | 04 January 2025Rosegal shipped via Canada Post on the same date, November 15, 2024. Rosegal was aware of the strike at the point they shipped. I was promised a delivery date between November 29, 2024 and December 13, 2024. The package never arrived. I requested a refund on December 14, 2024. They asked me to wait a week. I waited. On December 20, 2024, I again requested to be refunded. It was at this point I checked the tracking info. The package was returned to Rosegal November 30, 2024...a full two weeks before I first requested a refund. They ignored all my requests for refund. They then resent the package, on Decmber 20, 2024, with the knowledge that I didn't want it any longer, and would not be able to use it for it's intended purchase, and that I wouldn't be available to receive it. They then omitted all the logistics and misrepresented the order to Paypal.

Men’s shirts were shipped and I was charged but now I’m being told they can’t ship the women’s dresses and are refunding the cost of 1 dress. I don’t need any of the items if I can’t get all of them. I should be given a full refund and be allowed to send the unneeded shirts back free since it is your poor business practice that caused the problem. United Kingdom | 11 November 2024Why this dishonest company enjoying robbing customers.When there is a problem regarding an issue on the items I bought from them although I sent them pictures as proof.They don’t agreed to refund me .I have to go to their ticket number or case no:I can’t get through to their customer services.I’m not the only one who have problem with ROSEGAL company there are other customers who been through the same as me.There is a company called TEMU this is the best one each time when something goes wrong or you change your mind when you asked for a refund there is no problem at all .Once they received your return parcel they refund you straight away or you wish to be credited into your account.ROSEGAL is a scammer company be careful before buying from them.

The men's Medium was much too small for my usually medium size husband and I asked if they could replace it with a large or extra large; they said yes and had ME PAY to return the shirt, then they said they didn't have the size I wanted. They should have set it aside when I requested the exchange, but then I saw it on the website again so I asked to have it sent; they said I have points I could use towards it but the points didn't work and it was going to cost me more than before to get the same item. They said to send a screen shot to prove that it was coming up at a higher price (they apparently thought I was lying??!) after I told them that the screen shot would not "PASTE" onto the screen available, so I copy/pasted all the wording from the invoice to show that it was coming up at a higher cost. They simply sent back the same frustrating email, again, asking for a screen shot, after I told them it didn't work on my device. I asked them several times to call me so we could get this cleared up quickly, as using email wasn't accomplishing the order, things needed to happen in real time, when I could order according to what they had in stock. They told me again that they didn't have the men's shirt in the size I wanted again, although I had asked for large or extra large, and I could clearly see they were both available on the website. I actually placed an order that SHOWED UP AS HIGHER COST THAN WHAT I PAID BEFORE, then I told them to look up that order number (which was not paid yet) so they could see it, and they did not respond to that at all, which could have solved the issue. I have used that order number as a reference number in this form. My first time ordering from this company, and it was DEFINITELY the most frustrating experience I've ever had, and I order a lot online. What a joke. Obviously they have lovely looking clothing, but it sure isn't worth the terrible customer service. Do yourself a favor and take a pass on this company. They ask for "date of experience" in this form; this started in August 2024 and it is now Oct. 16th 2024, still no satisfaction and I have given up on them.

Canada | 27 September 2024I ordered a very large order. They broke it up into two packages. The first package was trackable and was delivered with no issues. The second package seems to have never left the warehouse. Each time I have contacted customer service I get a different automated response. And none of them coincide with the previous response. They have admitted that the second part of my order had not left the warehouse in One Note and in the next response they told me they needed all my personal information so they could trace the package.. I was also told that it might be stuck at the border I may have to pay more money etc etc. I do not believe that this is the case because if it was stuck at the international border and more money was needed then that would have happened with the first package of the two part order. I have ordered from this company before and had no issues. But I will never order again I am out $150. All I wanted was a refund on the second part of my order that has no tracking ability. When trying to track the order from the number they gave me it says right out that order does not exist. I was also told to check with all of my local offices that deliver items. Well that might be possible if I knew which one was delivering it but where is there is no tracking information. I'm not going to call the 200 delivery places in my area. That is absolutely ridiculous. They need to get their customer service together and figure out when they send someone an already computer response they should coincide with the previous one..
