De beaux vêtements mais un service après vente DEPLORABLE et le mot est faible. Si je pouvais mettre aucune étoile je le ferais. On élude mes questions, on me prends pour une idiote et au final on tourne en rond. J'ai soumis un premier ticket il y a 12 jours de ça, concernant deux articles de ma commande, un article que j'ai reçu troué, et l'autre qui ne m'allait simplement pas. On ne réponds pas à toutes mes questions d'un seul coup, mon ticket finit par disparaitre purement et simplement, impossible d'en recreer un pour ma commande, j'ai du leur courire après sur facebook, on me réouvre un ticket ou je dois reexpliquer mon probleme, les réponses ne sont plus les mêmes que dans mon précédent ticket. Retourner quelque chose vers leurs entrepots en espagne est une grosse galere et coute un bras, pas de prise en charge par le site. A FUIR !

Aucune aide je me suis acharnée à ravoir un autre colis une fois ils disent la commande n'existe pas!!! Et l'autre fois c'est livré!! Gagne de menteurs!!! Pu jamais je vais acheter là ! J'ai jamais rien reçu c'est cher 100$ et plus pour rien dutout! N'oubliez pas il ya un KARMA!!!! Et ils veulent même pas reclamer à la poste!!! Ça depuis mars que je me bat alors on parle de six mois là!!! J'ai été très patiente mais là je ne conseille ce site de voleurs à personne!!!

Зайдя сегодня с удивлением увидела, что отложенные товары еще лежат в списке избранных. Посмотрела свою историю заказов, вспомнила каждую заказанную вещь и хочу сказать, что все их помню, все они прослужили мне долго, а одно платье до сих пор еще в моем гардеробе. Отличный я тогда делала выбор вещей каждый раз, не пожалела. Да, вещи китайские, но свою цену они отработали на все сто, носились с удовольствием и долго. Потом на сайте возникли какие-то технические проблемы, а потом я долго вообще ничего не заказывала по интернету. И так я магазин и потеряла. Надеюсь, что ничего не изменилось в худшую сторону и я смогу вновь находить очень интересные и недорогие вещи моего размера.

hey people make sure you check other reputable review sites for this company. they are one of the many Chinese scammers. Why do people keep getting scammed by rosegal -because they keep paying trustpilot to give them credibility by using trustpilots very screwed up practices. so id check trustpilots ratings on other reputable review sites as well to see what these practices are. Also read the Guardian report and check out the BBCs research on Trustpilot. Very interesting reading. Cant imagine why Trustpilot still is allowed to operate by the way why all 5* reviews from invites and 1* from others nd Why doesnt Trustpilot allow consumers to bring up negative reviews does take much brain power to work it out Please just check other reputable sites Trustpilot isnt one of the reputable ones

I am very pleased with everything that I have bought from this online store. The clothing are beautiful, excellent quality and great price for what I’ve got. It is an excellent choice for teenagers that are overweight, because they sell plus sizes and the clothing looks age appropriate. So far I have purchased 3 times from them. All the merchandise came well packed and it arrived within 1 to 2 weeks. Once there was a delay with the shipment, but they sent me many emails updating me on the issue. In conclusion, great quality, comfortable material, excellent price, fast shipping, wonderful customer service and a great place to shop for overweight teenagers. I highly recommend Rosegal. PS: It is my first time writing a review for an online store, I am doing it because I was not sure if I could trust this store when I saw its adds online. Rosegal is one of those stores that comes around once in a blue moon. They have filled my closet with some of the cutest clothes! I really love shopping here because my clothes are shipped fast and i cant wait to put them on! from Dresses to leggings to blouses and PJs whatever your looking for you can find here! their customer service is wonderful too, they are quick to reply to your message and eager to assist you. I love the points system Rosegal offers as well, I get point for signing in daily and those points go towards free clothes. They even have coupons you can use directly from the website and discounts offered ALL THE TIME! I wish I had more friends to tell about this great store! Oh, I almost forgot to mention the best part they are SO AFFORDABLE!!

I absolutely love them! I got 4 shirts. The first one I wear all the time. It is long with roses on it and sleeveless. It's beasutiful, comfortable, fits perfect and it's never faded. The second I got fits perfectly it goes great with every outfit it is red with sequences on it and it's so beautiful. I had one that didn't fit perfect but it was okay because customer service straighten it out for me. The other shirt I got is also super comfortable and so pretty. I will always buy from rosegal. It really is an amazing place for low prices and for bigger girls to have a beautiful style. I can't wait to buy more. Also I really expected it to take forever to get here but it didn't. I was so excited to get them and so pleased with what I have. I also forgot to mention the clothes are made to last! It's been a few months and all of my clothes are still as perfect as when they came in!

I have made a few orders with rosegal with each order there has been at least one issue with the merchandise. For the most part the merchandise has been very good but when I reach out for assistance with that item their customer service department is difficult and makes it very challenging for me to get a resolution to the problem with their merchandise! For instance my last purchase I ordered a pair of leggings they sent me capris and when I reached out and included pictures they said it was the right item and ask for more proof and more information that it was incorrect. Yet clearly the measurements were stated and included in my photos and email. This is not good Customer service.

I've placéd multiple orders through rosegal with no issues whatsoever. The clothes are always true to size (following the listed size charts) and great quality. I reached out to customer service once concerning a problem with a tracking number, which they fixed immediately. Definitely one of my favorite retailers.

I have placed a couple of orders with RoseGal and both have been amazing! they have always arrived within about a week of ordering. Everything fit as described (in the sizing charts) and the patterns that I find there are so cute, they have a wicked looking octopus/Kraken tentacle design that they have on dresses/shirts/swimsuits. I ordered a couple of different styles of those among my items and I get compliments on the clothes whenever I wear them :) The structure of the garments are good, not shoddy and no loose threads everywhere like some other places. The prices aren't bad either especially when they have a sale and you an extra discount with a coupon which they offer all the time either through their point system or a few other ways.

5/09/20 I placed my order and didn't receive it for 2 months afterwards. Rosegals customer service is great! Their customer service helped to track down my package, locate what the problem was, and get the package to me quickly after resolving the issue. Friendly and helpful people! Thanks so much.

I recently ordered two bathing suits. (07/05/2020) From their plus size category. I was thrilled with the prices but quite sectical because of previous orders online from other websites with cheap prices. Needless to say they left me pissed and unsatisfied. With Rosegal.com I was really happy with the two bathing suits except..... they didn't fit my chest. Not even close, even though I followed the size guide that was shown. I'm a 42DDD (US size) or Bust: 46in, Waist: 40in and Hips: 50in. Fit everywhere perfect. I was surprised though with how well they were made and that the material wasn't cheap feeling or looking. I contacted customer support only to realized that there was a no return policy for items that were on sale. Which both mine were. My mother liked them and they fit her so I gave them to her. She absolutely loves them. Customer support responded really quick with 3 different options to choose from though. All three were pretty awesome. I wound up choosing the first option which was to have them refund the entire amount to my Rosegal.com account. Since I still really wanted those bathing suits. It was deposited into my account really quick and they also gave me enough points to equal up to almost $9 towards my next or future order. I've done quite a bit of ordering online and definitely had my fair share of POS customer service people. But not once where the customer service people from Rosegal rude. They were really interested in making me happy. They definitely did that. Only thing I have to say is at least with their bathing suit is if you've got big ole boobies then order a size or two up from what the size guide says. I'd highly recommend this site and I'll definitely be a returning customer.

I placed an order to Rosegal for three items. Upon reciept, 2 of the items were not as pictured at all. The jacket, the was supposed to be pink and black, was peach and black. The other item was nothing like described. The 3rd item was a black sweater, although it was cheaply made, I decided to keep that one. I sent many e-mails trying to connect with someone regarding my return. (they do not allow you to call) After multiple e-mails, they finally provided me with a RMA return #. I sent both items back exactly as instructed. Many months have passed and I still have not been issued a refund. I cannot get a response from anyone and don't know where to turn. This place is a fraud and I would suggest that you do not place an order from them unless you have no intention of making a return. Your reply is a lie as well, I have saved every e-mail that I sent you and verified with you my order number and my RMA number. I just want my refund!!!!

Ce site est une arnaque, fuyez...!!! Commande reçu avec un produit trop grand. Rosegal me propose un remboursement partiel qui 1 mois après traitement de la demande est toujours en attente! Pour relancer le service client, j'ai du faire une nouvelle demande car le ticket ouvert a été supprimé de ma liste de demandes. Le service client me dit avoir effectué le virement et m'explique comment consulter mes comptes pour voir ce virement... A ce jour, je n'ai pas été remboursée... Un autre article défectueux après seulement 3 utilisations... Pour les tailles, difficiles de s'y retrouver car aucun vêtement ne taille de la même manière. Les vêtements sont chers par rapport à leur. qualité Les réponses du service client exclusivement en anglais... très pratique si vous ne parlez pas la langue! Ce site est une honte, je ne recommande pas du tout!
