I had a wonderful experience. The shipping time was sooner than they said it would be. My experience with Rosegal was wonderful

J'ai commandé 4 articles il y a de ça 1 mois et toujours rien ! J'avais déjà commandé et étais livrée rapidement . Mais là 3 semaines et plus ! J'ai contacté le sav par le tchat impossible d'avoir un réponse en français ! Tout le monde n'est pas bilingue ! Du coup je ne sais toujours rien sur ma commande ! Je comprends que la crise du covid est perturbé le système de livraison mais je demande juste à avoir un entretien en FRANCAIS !

I got send her name, address etc. She lives in the United States. I am a man living in Denmark (Europe). I had never heard of her before. This is a long time ago and I have tried to communicate with the support more times than I can Count. I mostly just got a standard reply. I have given up now. ---------------------------------------- Her lidt ekstra info på dansk. Efter denne anmeldelse sendte de mig igen en standard meddelelse. Tro det eller lad være, men navnet der stod i mailen var stadig Shawna (Fulde navn og adresse udeladt). Altså hende fra USA der købte via min account.

Buona esperienza d'acquisto sul sito rosegal, si trova sia abbigliamento per tutte le taglie, anche oversize che calzature, makeup e accessori per la persona e la casa. Quello che mi piace è che hai ampia scelta per via della ricchezza di prodotti presenti e poi i prezzi sono ottimi!

La peor experiencia de la vida para comprar! Hice una compra de mas de 48USD en marzo, y hoy siendo casi agosto todavía no aparece mi paquete! les escribi preguntando y ni ellos saben en donde está ni saben que hacer y ME DIJERON QUE ESPERARA HASTA SEPTIEMBRE PARA VER SI ME PODÍAN DEVOLVER LA PLATA. Basicamente me robaron, los odio con toda mi alma y no los recomiendo ni un poquito.

So I decided to try this retailer because I had issues with a similar one and thought “ok let’s try a different one and see if I get a better result” we’ll I ordered one item, I was very patient because I ordered just before the covid outbreak started effecting shipping. Fast forward to three months later, I checked twice to see what they were going to do about the fact that I still have not received my package and the response was “well our system says it’s delivered so we can’t help you there” both times I got the same response asking me to check with my neighbors and the post office..I checked with the post office twice and if my neighbors took it they certainly weren’t telling me. And they refused to refund me or replace the item I still don’t have.

J’ai passer ma première commande sur ROSEGAL avec beaucoup de réticence pendant plus de un an .... j’ai finalement décider de me lancer car pour savoir faut tenter ... et je suis ravie de l’avoir fait et entièrement satisfaite et regrette de ne pas l’avoir fait plus tôt ... je n’est aucune requête négative à faire sur mes articles , tout était nickel .... mais là plus désagréable surprise que j’ai eu ce sont les 33 euro de dédouanement à la réception de ma commande sois un tier du montant de ma facture ROSEGAL ... du coup je m’interroge sur mon dernier article qui viens d’arriver en France , vais je encore être obliger de payer une taxe ?? La Réf de mon colis déjà arriver dont j’ai dû payer une taxe ZA2007131148476861

I have shopped at rosegal 3 separate times now over the last couple of years. The clothing has always been great. Good quality, size is true to what I order and is packaged well. Customer service is always friendly when I reach out for help. This order took a little while due to Covid-19 but still within a reasonable amount of time. Thank you

Hemden und Shirts viiiieeel zu klein!! Umtausch so gut wie ausgeschlossen und wenn, dann immense Kosten. Geld zurück? Absolut keine Chance. Händler reagiert auch nicht.

I placed an order and their delivery schedule is accurate. The tops fit according to their size guide which was great. Quality was a bit disappointing but all in all I am very satisfied. All of the tops I ordered were a stretch knit polyester. Very lightweight. I would be willing to place another order in the future.

Deuxième commande passée sans payer le supplément pour la livraison que j’avais payé lors de la première commande que j’ai reçu correctement. Malheureusement je n’ai jamais reçu la deuxième commande. Après avoir demandé le remboursement de ma commande ou la réexpédition de celle-ci, j’ai été remboursé au bout de 2 mois. Merci a Rosegal.

Horrible experience! I will never buy from it again! 1st of all, the clothes don’t last long, and the colors vanish fast after each wash. 2nd, It has lost my last 2 orders from the beginning of the year. It has shipped them already late and in 3 packages. None of them have reached me out! The worst is yet to come: Rosegal is recusing to refund me in full what is outrageous! I have bought some items that have never arrived, and Rosegal is saying it will refund me only 50% of the amount, what’s ridiculous! Rosegal defrauds its costumers. Do NOT buy from it. I have never had such a bad customer experience in my life before.

Mi experiencia con Rosegal ha sido muy buena. Vivo en Costa Rica y los pedidos duran en llegar entre 22 dias y 1 mes. No es tan rapido como Amazon pero la verdad no me urgen. Y los paquetes llegan bien empacados y en buen estado.

Frais de douane suite. Les frais de douane m'ont été remboursés intégralement et rapidement. Mon colis est bien arrivé le jour prévu et je suis satisfaite des articles commandés. J'augmente donc le nombre d'étoiles à 4 et je remercie Rosegal pour leur geste commercial. Je commanderai sans doute à nouveau sur ce site à l'avenir, mais en évitant de demander une livraison rapide. Ma précédente commande sans livraison rapide n'avait pas occasionné de frais de douane.
