I just got mine today, but one of my item has 2 red dot stain. I think its blood. Otherwise quality is Good.

Excellent customer service when placing your order after that forget any help from then on! placed my order on the 19th June, received it yesterday 7th July on top of the £135 order I placed finally got a "Potential Fraud" phone call, turned out to be DHL who left a voicemail, call them back told I owe £57 in Customs tax! After contacting Rosegal via email I was told it happens sometimes and when I told them my parcel wasn't going to be here in time I said wanted my money back i was told i had no choice but to pay the £57 as the parcel may get lost and not back to Rosegal and then i wouldn't get my money back anyway! Won't be ordering from them again at all

Terrible company to deal with. NO INVOICE or ADDRESS to RETURN merchandise. Try dealing with the staff.......repetitive and useless'.........NEVER deal with this company!!!!

Bonjour, Les frais de douane chez DHL sont exhorbitants 30.50€, je vais quand même aller chercher le colis mais très déçue de ses frais cachés !!!

Malheureusement j'attend ma commande sous peu ... Je dois débourser 47.15$ pour les frais de douane ... Ce que je trouve affreux malheureusement ... J'ai commander il y a peu de temps sur un site TRES similaires (( WE )) et pourtant je n'ai eu aucun frais avec eux ... Donc pour ma part je ne commanderai plus de ce site ... Suite à cette avis ROSEGAL ma contacter pour prendre arrengement ce qui fut très apprécié ! Ils m'ont remboursé une partie des frais de douane merci a eux ! Je peux vous dire qu'ils ont un bon service client ☺️

I received my order 20 days after purchasing it. Was pretty ok with that. The shirts were huge for a large size and were quite obviously meant for a very large breasted woman. Very baggy and saggy fitting in the chest area on me. The material was extremely cheap and poorly sewn together. I wont ever order from them again. $170 down the drain as they seem to be unreachable and don’t return emails.

I have always been extremely happy with the products I have purchased from Rosegal. The quality is amazing for the price that you pay, waiting time is a little longer but I just wanted to say thank you I know that times are tough.

the clothes are extremely ill-designed. for some reason, they think plus size women have a whole set of breasts under their arms as well because all the tops are baggy and raggedy looking in and around the chest area. when you try to return, you get a dysfunctional website, a phone line that keeps you on hold for a half-hour before answering, and then tells you they don't have time for you and then they hang up. they beat me out of $150. don't believe the good reviews. that is why the good reviews all have the same wording because they are scammers.

Pain to return unwanted items! Clothing sizes are not what they state. I used the measurements stated in the descriptions, I was worried that they would be too small, but they were all far too big and made from poor quality material. The pictures on the website were very misleading to the shape of the items. The process to return unwanted items is lengthy and you do not converse with a human, only a chat bot, that takes over 24 hr to respond to each message. You have to pay for the return postage, which from the UK to the Spanish depot is over £12!! There are other clothes shops with much better quality clothes at better prices with better returns policies. Be warned...

I'm not normally one to write reviews but I always read them and felt this time it was necessary as I am very satisfied with my dealings with this online shopping website. After receiving a bather top that was too large for me (my error), they are resending me the smaller size for no additional cost. Quite prompt in responding to my messages and even said to not worry about sending the large one back, saving me on postage.

I placed my order from Rosegal in mid-April and received my order at the end of May. Shipping is a little slow but that does not bother me because the clothes are cheap and great quality.Overall, I am satisfied with my purchases.
