The size is a bit small in the upper chest area,but the customer service was very helpful.They said I can keep the product or donate it to charity. Since I have been shopping at Rosegal for 3 years now, I have found the right fit and style that is accustom to my professional and professional outfits. Italy | 22 June 2020Primo ordine effettuato, problemi con indirizzo. Ho mandato subito l'indirizzo giusto, ma lo hanno spedito all'indirizzo errato. Ho contattato subito l'assistenza, ma purtroppo, l'ordine era già partito e di conseguenza, non potevano fare niente, per poterlo cambiare. Dopo aver lasciato qui, la mia recensione, si sono proposti subito per un rimborso. Credo siano corretti, quindi presto farò un ordine e spero di vedere i loro prodotti al più presto.

United Kingdom | 22 June 2020Ordered some clothing online from these. Not only did it not arrive on time, but I was then sent the wrong sizes. The mobile app clearly displayed that 1X was a UK16. The clothing on arrival showed size 20. Despite telling Rosegal of this and disputing it. They claim that my experience was incorrect even after providing them picture proof. They then offered me $4 partial refund on a $224.02 order!! I am pushing this through PayPal at current. Do not order from this company their customer service is awful ( despite their email address being bestcustomerservice2016 )

Ordered during lockdown so expected the items to take a while, was happy with 2 out of 4 items and asked to return them as I am in the UK, says they are an American based company but nope all items came from China! Which is find can over look that then return items was to Spain? Bit confused but ok! Then they tell me to not use UPS, courier, DHL and just use normal post! So no insurance on item. Sent through my brothers business as he does shipments daily and thought it would save me paying postage etc... anyway! Nearly 2 months later and they have not got my items and won’t refund me, I can’t track my items and have no insurance so can’t even claim back for lost in transit but then if they have received it and due to it Not having a tracking they can refuse to refund me! Then they offer me 11usd!!! Which is £6 in GBP!! When the refund was meant to be 35USD!. I’m angry as anything and then they don’t even offer me a money refund they offer me store credit!!! Which I don’t want because I don’t plan to buy from them every again. 3 months of hell tracking parcels, talking to computers!! All for £20! I am beyond upset and will not be recommended!! Worst thing is! The two items I kept were a little too big for me but I kept them because they were actually nice!! It’s such a shame their customer services SUCK! Or I would happily order again! But I’m now left with a bad taste in my mouth, no refund and out of pocket of over £20 🤷🏼♀️. I won’t be ordering again and will probably never see my money again. So UK people don’t go near them unless you defo know they will fit, wouldn’t want anyone to have the same experiences as myself. All the positive posts and 4/5 star reviews are all fake! Check out the spelling 😉also the language used..very similar. Don’t order unless you want to be ripped off.

United States | 21 June 2020I received my order today, almost 3 months after ordering it and one of the items was way to big. So, I tried to go through the return process and was unable to complete the return ticket, was unable to speak with anyone in live chat, was unable to send a message through Facebook messenger and it says that their phone number is only for pre sale issues. So what do I do now? Looking back at my receipt I was charged for the item but given no info as far as ticket number, sku number, etc. I guess this one is going to be on me for not paying attention to detail, but I will not order from them in the future and I do not recommend anyone else to shop with them. Oh and there is no record of me having placed an order on the website, how convenient.

Canada | 18 June 2020I think you are RipOffs!!! I put exactly the right amount in my account to pay for my items and it says I got insufficient funds,which is wrong. Also my last order I canceled charged about $20 more then I was supposed to pay, so since being ripped off but liking your merchandise, i tried putting exact amount so as to not be ripped off, but still you try to take a lot more then your really paying for. There are other sites I can put exact amount I'm paying and it goes through,but Rosegal seems to put a low price in front of you,but once you pay uncheck your bank account, you will notice you paid a lot more the your supposed to.Do Not fall for this site. ..SCAMS

United States | 18 June 2020I really am surprised at The reviews that I'm seeing because I had a great experience. The close took 8 days to get here. I bought 6 pieces. Order number ZZB2006031206541788. They're all a perfect fit I am a size 18 to 20. I ordered a size 4 x. They're very colorful very comfortable and they fit great. They seem as if they will ask the summer. If you want to have some clothes that last you your entire life then I suggest you pay a little bit more for clothing. These are going to last me at least a couple of summers. Very happy. Thank you!

They say they reply to complaints within 24 hours but I've been waiting a week already, just keep getting automated replies. Seems impossible to return items, wish I'd read the reviews before I ordered!

United States | 16 June 2020I received my order within the time frame that was mentioned. The items came exactly as pictured. The quality of the clothes were decent for it's price except for one dress. The straps and bust area of the dress were poorly sewed. The bust area was lopsided and the waist area wasn't stitched smoothly. You can feel the part they sewed together. I requested to return the two items that I wasn't satisfied with and they offered 20% refund, plus I have to pay for shipping. Online shopping is no longer in the late 90's to early 2000's. Many online retail stores offer full refund no questions asked and most offers to pay for the return shipping. And all brick & mortar retail stores take the clothes back and fully refund you. Shopping clothes online shouldn't be any different especially when you can't try on the clothes. I do like the other shirt and dress I ordered, so I give it a three. Losing two stars for their refund & shipping policy. Update 6/25/2020: Responded to Rosegal's response requesting for an order number on 6/18/2020. Haven't heard back from them. Subtracting another star.

France | 13 June 2020très mauvaise experience. je recois mon colis on me demande en plus du prix de ma commande 30.50€ de frais de taxe et douane (presque la moitié du prix de ma commande) comme sur le colis rien indiqué que c'était une commande rosegal, j'ai refusé le colis bref je fais un ticket sur le site (car seul moyen pour les contacter) et on me répond : il est de la responsabilité du client de payer et il n'y aura aucune compensation dans ce cas (car j'ai précisé avoir refusé le colis car je ne savais pas de qui il était expédié) bref maintenant j'essaie de contacter DHL pour une relivraison je ne vous raconte pas la galère bref perte de temps pertre d'argent la totale

United States | 13 June 2020I will never order from ROSEGAL again. I placed my order May 22 and placed a second order May 24. I received my second order first. The material is cheap, and the seams look like they were sewn together by a 2 year old. I ordered 3 tops, all a size large. None of them are the same size, one is the size of a small, another about the size of a medium, and the other is appropriately sized large, and smelled like some kind of oil/chemical. I also ordered a pair of large jeans, (I was expecting the to be about 12-14), they were so big they fell off of me when I tried them on. I still haven’t received my first order.

Trying to contact them is the worst. There is no phone number to contact them, they suggest you instant message through FACEBOOK - still no response. I have replied to their email that my items shipped - still no response. I WILL NEVER EVER ORDER FROM ROSEDAL AGAIN!!!

Je les harceles pour demander ce qu’il en est et obtenir un remboursement, mais rien à faire, ils répondent par ticket, sans donner aucune solution concrète. Je ne commanderai plus sur ce site!
