It's too bad I didn't look at the reviews before I ordered from this company they are completely a scam as others have experienced and I will not ever think about ordering here again . I have not gotten the products that I ordered and I want my money back. After 2 months what I did get was 8 items that could have been purchased at the dollar store. They are nothing like what I ordered. They gave me the exact same items although I paid 3 different prices for what I believed to be 3 different types of products. This is a rip-off company ...don't waste your money or your time. I want my money back. Plus I did not get the facial masks for protection that I PAID for. I don't know how these Scammers (I can't say 'Company') can stay in business.....

Waiting for a month for my order. Seems like they are fraud. They ship from China and now they don't want to refund my money. I requested them via their online Chat without any luck. PLEASE DON'T THIS WEBSITE. They are ripping off. EDIT: I opened two support tickets and I still seeking REFUND as I cannot wait for 3 months for this to be delivered. Totally disagree with your approach.

Rosegal is a rip off. My Facebook I am Bobby Patty Ann Dunn and my girlfriend and I have ordered face masks from rosegale on March 24 and that was almost 2 months ago. I ordered these face masks by phone and with a credit card. Still these face masks have NEVER arrived and every time I Facebook message rosegal, they keep giving me the damn run a round. They never answer my questions and instead they keep asking me to log into my online account and I many times I have told them I do NOT have any online account and that was because I ordered these face masks by phone with a credit card. Rosegal has no intentions of ever sending these face masks,, they have taken my money and never have any intentions of sending me the face masks that I ordered. I have contacted the better business bureau and they told me that rosegal is nothing but a scam. I am now next I am going to be contacting the federal trade commission and I am going to try to get rosegal to be prohibited to be doing any online business to the United States. I am going to be doing everything in my power to hurt rosegal as much as possible. I am out to DESTROY rosegal. By the way when I called them at there customer service number,, they were no help at all. Just look online at all the negative reviews on what others say,, one of the biggest complaints is that people have lost out on lots of money and that when you place a order,, rosegal will right away take your money from your credit card and keep the money and then they never send you what you paid for. I for the last whole month I been demanding that rosegal to get me them face masks but rosegal is going around and around giving me the run a round. I am getting very PISSED and the next step I am going to have to take is that I have no choice but for me to be making a fake Facebook business page in the name of rosegal. I on there I will be posting all kinds of hate things on there and about rosegal being a scam and ripping people off. If rosegal thinks that I am playing,, rosegal better think again. I don’t play,, I seek revenge.

I ordered some hats and some wall hangings from Rosegal on April 7, 2020. My wall hangings were delivered at the first week of May, and I am still waiting for the hats. They have a shipment prepared to ship since April 12, 2020. It is May 19, 2020 and I am still waiting for the hats to come! I will never order from Rosegal anymore! Today, June 6, 2020. I finally received the hats. They came packed in a thin 9" x 9" white plastic bag. The hats (three total) were all wrinkled, especially the plastic face shields that attaches to the bucket hats. They are so wrinkled that the hats are not usable! I definitely will not order anything from this company anymore. My order took 2 months to receive and the items came all wrinkled and not usable.

I ordered a swim suit from them at the end of March. Received an email that day saying my order was received. Received an email on 04/01 saying that my item had shipped and was provided with a shipping tracking number that did not link to anything. It is now May 18th and I have tried to contact them on serval occasions, finally got through to some automated messenger through fb that basically said here is your tracking, please feel free to contact us and left no contact information. Used the tracking their tracking number they provided me and said that my package was in warehouse since the date of 4/1. I understand shipping being a issue right now, but a month and a half is a bit ridiculous. I will never shop from them again and will tell everyone I know not to waste their time. Update: it has been over 5 months and after rose gal asked for my information I never heard from them and never received my item. So in conclusion, this company seems to be a definite scam.

they sent me a tracking number that does not exsist. I doubt I will ever get the product. having a really hard time trying to reach the company. I would like to cancel my order and get a refund. Horrible customer service. Unable to get a refund for package never delivered, unable to get delivery info. Call for help and get nothing over and over again. Horrible horrible customer service. Company reps will take complaints but WILL NOT OFFER ANY ATTEMPT TO RESOLUTION and WILL NOT REFUND. Warnings if you do business with this company

I looked for and found an address in CA before I ordered, so I thought this was a US company. Now I have to wait forever for my masks to come from China! When I called after 1 week, I was told to give it up to 10 business days; they were waiting for one of my items. They sent one item in 2.5 weeks! Nowhere in the item description did it mention China shipment. And who knows about my other item??? Would not order from again - not up front about their business.

I updated my review because the company eventually did honor my request for a refund. Although I had to go through PayPal, then received a beat up package they eventually agreed the quality was not up to par and gave me my money back. I wish it wasn’t such a long process but it happens. I’m just glad they have some concern for product quality and customer service. I likely won’t shop here again but I’m happy to know it is a secure shop.

I ordered 3 swim suits on April 30, 2020 for my beach vacation, I'm leaving May 18th. After not finding any estimate on delivery and not being able to track the package I did a live chat and was told it would come no later than May 16th. Today is May 15th and my order is showing on hold in Hong Kong! They say my order can not be cancelled because it "was already shipped out". I am extremely disappointed and would never recommend this company to anyone. After reading reviews I realize I never should have ordered from them!

Ordered items on 04-13-2020 and rec'd 05-14-2020. Was unaware that the Company is in China. With pandemic, I see now why it took so long. Totally satisfied with purchase and regret not getting more items at that time. My whole experience was 100% satisfactory. Will visit site again in future.

I ordered a bathing suit last year for summer vacation and when it came in i tried it on and was so happy! It fit true to size and was just like the picture:) i just placed my 2nd order for $200. Worth of different shirts and a dress about a week and a half ago. I received my order today and everything was perfect! Im normally not one to shop on line, but with being in quarantine from the covid i wanted to shop and treat myself! I couldn't be happier with the quality, price,fit and everything ive received from Rosegal!

If I could rate 0 stars I would. I ordered this item April 11... Order shipped April 12... It is May 12 and I do NOT have my $85 worth of items... I requested a cancellation. They said NO because they have shipped?!?! I can return it when I get it?WTFlimflamming ... I said... I don't habe a package!!! then they sent me a tracking number Info sent to FedEx 4/11 and destination unknown after 4/26... A highlighted area states: to contact my local post office first and if I don't get package by 5/27 contact them back?!?! really.... how could the tracking number NOT know where it is? if you can't locate it... I shouldn't have to fricken go on a wild goose hunt!!! No trackie... no package... give me my money back... SIMPLE ENOUGH.... this place is a scam!!!! I am gonna call my credit card company and get my money back... Had I known they were in China... I certainly wouldn't have purchased from there.... especially now... knowing flights have been cancelled...

Don't trust them. Their website advertised shipping face masks from the US within 24 hours of order. I ordered on 4-14-20, I received a "your order shipped" e-mail on 4-21-20, and today, 5-12-20, was advise they actually shipped on 4-28-20 and the shipment will not arrive until end of May, early June. Clearly not shipping from the US and arriving a month and a half after I placed the order.

Items I purchased over 30 days ago still not arrived....I cancelled them...then was told they were shipped 3 weeks ago....unable to track them at all so I cancelled them again and was told If i get them just return the merchandise and I will get credited now yesterday I get another email stating in the future the products should reach the end of their journey......dont want them now dont need them now.....contacting credit card company to have $$$$ chrged back to them also contacting Facebook as that is where I saw the advertising for this dishonest company

I placed my first order with Rosegal, the final total was $156 but $162 was charged to my card. The agent I chatted with said they could only see that $156 was charged and asked for screen shots, which I provided, then I was told I would have to wait 24 hours for an email. This all seems to suspicious to me. I have never had a transaction come across on my account for more than what I authorized and to be told I have to wait for resolution? No thanks.... It is not that $6 is a lot of money, it's the principle. I only care to do business with companies that are honest and if they make a mistake they own it and make it right, right away. That being said I asked to cancel the order because I feel that this is not a good first impression at all and is dishonest. Of course, I can only get the $156 refunded because "that's all they show in their system and it will take 7 to 14 business days" ... Definitely a case of too good to be true, in my opinion of course. We will see what happens.... PERSONALLY, I DON'T RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY, IT IS CLEAR TO ME THAT THEY DO NOT HAVE GOOD BUSINESS PRACTICES.

Do not shop here. Company stated shipping would be 5 to 7 days. It’s been a month and I still Don’t have my item. When I tried to cancel my order, they refused to do so. Do not shop. UPDATE: After threatening to write a BBB complaint, the company reached out and refunded my order. When or if I finally get the order, it’s been over two months now, I told them I’ll request a return shipping label and send the order back to China, where thy should have stated the order was coming from in the first place.

I ordered on April 23rd 2020, "I PAID FOR SHIPPING!" I immediately got the notification that payment was received, following day (April 24th) I received an email that my order had been shipped, I've been tracking my package it still hasn't reached FEDEX, It's May 9th 2020 (We're Approaching 3 Weeks) I'm beginning to think it's a scam site, I have purchased from "OTHER" sites after this order & received them. I think it's time to call my bank, nothing you pay shipping for should take this long!

Bei meiner ersten Bestellung lief alles super, die Klamotten waren ok. Habe noch mal etwas bestellt und jetzt kommt ein Ticket nach dem anderen, Erst konnte man angeblich meine Adresse nicht finden, dann soll ich noch mal für den Spediteur bezahlen u.s.w. Ich zahle doch nicht für die Dummheit anderer. Keinerlei Reaktion mehr von denen. NIe wieder.
