Do not purchase from ROSEGAL. They give you invalid tracking numbers then make you wait weeks and when it’s past the time your items should arrive they will tell you all chat options are pre-sale only, and that you have to submit a ticket to the sales team for solutions. Then the sales team will tell you to wait another 7-10 days. Report to BBB. *EDIT: I’ve had to open a dispute with PayPal and Rosegal is doing everything they can to refuse me a refund, even though the merchandise was clearly never shipped. ONCE AGAIN, do not order from them! You will not see your money or your merchandise and you will have to fight to get a refund when they should obviously be admitting they messed up and just giving you your money back. SCAMMERS.

This seller has really high quality items made from extra soft materials. They ship fast and the sizing is pretty accurate from my experience. I have made a couple of purchases from them so far and I seem to go directly to them when my daughter or I need clothing for both special occasions and every day use. Not only do they have high quality items, but they also have a really large selection. My biggest issue with them is that I can never pick one or two items. I always end up spending more than I wanted to spend because I can't choose between their gorgeous items. On the plus side, they normally have coupons and such in their app that you can use towards your purchase so it doesn't hurt too much to buy extra clothes that you're likely to use at some point or another.

I wish I could tell you about the clothes themselves and if I ever receive them I will write a review. To be fair the website does say up to 28 days which stinks but the prices were fair so I ordered anyways. They took my money the next day which also was irritating seeing that my items had not shipped yet and may not be here for a month. What pushed me to leave this review is that I pitched my stuff on April 9th and for a month watched tracking where the last update is it went through US clearance April 28th and is currently in California. Timing seemed about right but nothing has come. I went to the ROSEGAL site on May 4th and now advised to wait until May 27 before inquiring further. The idea that it would take 30 days via fedex to get from California to Minnesota is absurd and I don’t know if I’ve been scammed and should call my bank or if something is really coming. Update Rosegal did reply back as you can see so that’s a positive sign. I don’t know what reply in the ticket means though and no messages to me on their app. Guess we shall see

Today on March 23rd , After waiting since April 22nd when I purchased three shirts I finally have an issue resolved. I know due to the pandemic shipping times are extended right now it's very hard to get packages from a lot of locations. My package was one of those but since it's not able to come they have fully refunded me my money and responded in a decent way. I wish it would have happened a lot sooner or had that option and more so I wish I could have had the items I purchased. I will try again after the troubles from the pandemic are lessened. They have reached out and resolved to the best of their ability. I am mostly satisfied.

I purchased quite a few items and is supposedly shipped in 3 packages. 1st Shipping label says originated in Cali, but never picked up. 2nd shipping label has invalid tracking # (isn't even the same format) & 3rd shipping label not valid tracking #. It's been more than 3 weeks, shipping date range has came and went, no deliveries. Same replies everytime I contact customer service, repeating my order and tracking info that doesn't help. Very disappointing. Will be contacting my bank for a refund.

I ordered a blouse and was given a reasonable shipping date. After the order was placed and the money was removed from my account, the shipping date changed to almost 3 weeks. I called to cancel order since the item had not been given to fedex yet, and they told me I couldn't because the order was shipped. I explained that fedex had not received package. They wouldn't allow me to cancel. I finally received the blouse that was way too big. Found out that not only do I have to pay for return shipping, it came from the post office, not fedex. And according to refund policy, it will be a partial refund and will take about 30 days to reimburse my payment. I will definitely check with trustpilot before O use another website.

My tracking number is not legit. i checked my bank and the next day i had international atm transactions fees on my card and ive never even been out of the country!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE ITS A SCAM!!!!

I placed an order that promised delivery by specific date (actual range of dates). An email came that said the order shipped 7 days prior to the last day of the date range. The end date came and no package. I contacted support who promptly told me that my order shipped the day before (on the last date of the delivery range) with a new delivery date range 3-5 WEEKS after what the website had promised. Had I known the ACTUAL delivery dates I NEVER would have placed the order. They DID PROMPLY take my monies for the order the day the order was placed. So they had my monies for about two weeks prior to even shipping the order. For my "inconvenience" they offered me a 10% off coupon. What a joke. I get emails almost daily from them offering discounts bigger than that. So buyer beware. if you order from them don't believe the dates they give you!!

I ordered from Rosegal April 7th, 2020. “Supposed” shipping label was sent to FEDX on that day. It’s now over three weeks, ABSOLUTELY no movement of package. No feedback from Rosegal, but they were quick to process my payment immediately. Don’t waste your money or time.... get whatever item you are looking for from another company. Rosegal is as BAD has they get. I’ve received DOZENS of emails from Rosegal promoting other items for sale ... but not a damn thing regarding my order placed (and paid for!) three weeks ago. Rosegal has the most unusual clothing items that stand out from most. The quality of the materials used are very soft and well made. I have never had an issue other than the sizes, which you need to pay attention to because you need to convert them to whatever country you live in.

It is a great page, all its products are very good, identical to how they are shown in the images. shipping arrives very fast and in very good condition I am delighted with each package I receive. Also the customer service is very attentive.

I ordered stuff from here a couple years ago. About $60 worth, still hasn’t shown up so I’m assuming the lost the merchandise when they found my money. Sent one email inquiry when it was taking so long, responded it was ready for pick up. Went to the mail and multiple times, no such order.
