Canada | 20 March 2020I have been shopping at ROSEGAL since December 2019 and love it! I’ve only ordered tops and one jacket but so far I’ve loved everything I’ve ordered. Their customer service is great and usually responds to you in a day. I had an issue with a couple of shirts but they were so quick to fix the problem and even sent me a new shirt. The quality of their fabrics are also great and the styles are so lovely! Just make sure you pay attention to the measurements for each size before you order and your good to go! Shipping to Canada is about 2 weeks. I highly recommend ROSEGAL!

I see people have been upset the past few months.., it was the virus.. my orders this year have taken twice as long. that's is not in their control. I will keep buy from them ,

United Kingdom | 18 March 2020TERRIBLE- AVOID THIS COMPANY. First, their sizes are just way out of line. I ordered a XXXL and I can't even close the buttons. Their idea of XXXL is far smaller than a European one. Second, I ordered two shirts. After three months I am told that one is now out of stock and can't be delivered. So they have credited my Rosegal wallet. But not with the full amount I originally paid, but about 80% of this amount. However, I can see no way of getting this money back to my credit card. In summary, I have paid twice the list price for a shirt I can't wear.

United States | 13 March 2020I purchased 2 tapestries, 7 pillow covers, 6 rugs, and 3 stair stickers for my beach house in Thailand. It added a lot of personality and charm. It was all light-weight and easy to carry in my luggage. The quality of the rugs and tapestries was not excellent, however, it is just right for what I needed. I also purchased a door sticker, which I absolutely love in my kitchen! Delivery time was pretty slow, but I got everything in plenty of time before I needed to take them with me.

States info sent to FedEx but yet it states at the top delivery agent USPS?????? I did an online chat almost 3 weeks ago and received a generic message 2/20/2020 as seen below about the Chinese New Year being extended and they are working diligently to get this shipped out..But why has it taken almost 2 months (40 days and counting) to get my items. Then I ordered this a month ago for my engagement pictures NEXT WEEKEND and it has yet to ship. It says a label has been created but it hasn’t shipped. I have called and called. There was a man that hung up on me and then I talked to a lady who was very nice. I just want my order in and I ordered it a month ago! My order number is ZP2002241103485035!

Prenez donc en compte dans votre budget qu'il peut y avoir des frais de douane (en tout cas, moi, Chronopost me les a demandés)

United States | 11 March 2020Ordered 3 items in Feb 12 2020. Kept checking every Other day for shipping. 2 weeks go by, 3 weeks go by. It's now March 11 2020. I need the red dress for sure before the 14th for a wedding. MY WEDDING! and I get "Due to holidays you won't get your order. But the time line you'll get it is the 14-24 of march" I ordered in advance to get items before this week. And now thanks to them I can't get the one thing that I absolutely needed. Thank you rosegal for screwing up everything for me. You ruined what was suppose to be a happy day for me. Now i have to spend more money to get something to fix something you could of prevented by sending it a little faster and sooner. Hope you're happy.

I keep checking the status of my order hoping I'd get it before the weekend for our family vacation. Checked the tracking # on my order, it is being packaged in Dubai..?? daheck! according to tracking #, dhl has not picked up my order from Dubai..this is crazy! I could've just went to one of the local stores and shop. If can, I would like to cancel this order right now and credit my account so, I can shop while on vacation and bring my goods back with me when returning home.

United States | 10 March 2020I have called Rosegal several times today (hung up on by the only employee)spoke to Carlo who is very rude. I purchased my items on 2/9/2020 Z2002091147513889. This company advertises items will be shipped in 7 to 14 days. It is exactly 30 days later and I have NOT received my items. Needless to say I will never recommend this company and will exhaust all measures afforded to me to inform any and all customers of your false advertising, extremely poor customer service and lack of staff to resolve this matter. I am submitting this in writing as a formal request for a refund. You have not supplied me with the merchandise to which you were paid for. Your company needs to be shut down immediately. I dont want the items as the event i purchased them for has come and gone. I will also be notifying Facebook of your poor service and request they remove you as a vendor. WORST ONLINE EXPERIENCE EVER
