Rosegal offers lovely dresses at VERY reasonable prices. I bought an evergreen-colored dress for the holidays and wore it for our family’s Christmas Eve dinner. Not too fancy, I still felt elegant. I will certainly shop with Rosegal again.

I placed an order over 10 days ago. I was told originally that it would be "dispatched within four business days." What they don't tell you is that it will only be "dispatched" after they had actually received payment-not when you provide your debit or credit card information. Then, as it turns out, even after they received the payment, the order still hasn't been dispatched after four business days-as a matter fact a shipping label has not even been made for one order, and based on what this company is saying the other order has not even pulled from the shelf. They don't tell you any of this upfront-and in looking at the various complaints on the Better Business Bureau website this company now has an alert by it. My next step, is to attempt to get my money back. My suggestion would be do not order anything from this company until they have gotten their act together-and it appears as though they are far from that.

Customer Service is lacking. I oredered several items last week and all I get are new sale items dumped in my email everyday. Where is the information od my order? I want a refund!!!! This sight is very mis-leading. And to think we NOW have to abide by their "terms and policies."

I shop on rosegl for more time and i am happy. the price is great, I have several items washed several times that have remained intact. as for the sizes, just check the cm tables, they coincide perfectly

You get what you pay for...cheap quality, poor-fitting clothes. The bottoms run large, the tops run small, and the material is flimsy. I wish I could return it, but since it comes from China, it's probably more trouble than it's worth. Do not buy from here.

The website is easy to use. The clothes are very comfortable and stylish which can’t find in any retail stores.

De vrais escrocs ! Passé commande en septembre 2019, la moitié de ma commande n'est jamais arrivée, et l'autre moitié ne correspond pas à la taille commandée. Je reçois aujourd'hui, après plus de 6 mois donc, le remboursement partiel des articles non reçus, et rien pour les frais de port correspondants. Eux trouvent ça normal, sous prétexte que j'avais un bon de réduction. Pas moi. Méfiez vous de ce site, à éviter.

I was very excited when I came across this store because the clothes were just so cute! I placed an order and “patiently” waited to get my clothes. It took about 2 months to get them... I’m not sure if it’s because of this whole corona virus or not but reading other reviews it seems like slow shipping is the norm. I do love the clothes but I probably will not be ordering from this website again.

Dress was beautiful well made im so happy with the dress highly recommend to everyone.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! MERCHANDISE IS A CROCK AND THEY WON'T RETURN YOUR MONEY! If I could give no stars I would. Placed an order that took over 1 month to receive. (Chinese New Year excuse) Tried to cancel order but could not. When order arrived all merchandise is poorly made, and material will fall apart as soon as its washed. Upon telling Rosegal I wanted to return merchandise and to please give me an RMA (Return Merchandise Number) as well as the address to return it all, their only response has been to "send them pictures". When I told them there was too much merch they still responded with send us pictures. After trying to deal with 2 other companies named CALLABUY (never received this order from Feb 22, 2020, and CHICSHES I found that these 2 companies have the same exact wording and website as Rosegal. Having the same problem with trying to get an address to return all merchandise. With Chicshes I sent pictures, but they are refusing to return my money or provide an RMA or address. They say to submit a ticket to them, but their responses are generic, and it doesn't help. All of these companies show on my bank account as "OrderPlus International" or "growing". I think most of the good reviews on here must be from the company itself. Look at the wording carefully, please. The language barrier is a fright. They don't understand anything you try to tell them. They are placing responses to reviews that are trying to make them out to be in the positive, but it is EXACTLY the opposite! They think we will give up and let them keep our money, but I will be fighting this everywhere I can! Don't order from this company if you want quality, good customer service, and help with your order. It will not happen. You might as well just send them the money. btw I still don't have an address for them. They refuse to give it and don't post it on their website. The merch is sent thru Ontario Airport DHL. For me their (Rosegal) response will probably be they don't have any record of my order. I will gladly provide anyone with copies of my orders. I refused and told them the case would be closed after they refund my money, and refund the cost of the return shipping. They reiterated their clothing goes thru rigorous testing. I find that hard to believe. Again I asked for the return shipping address, but received nothing. My response: At 03/28/2020 06:07:17 CST I appreciate your offer to refund the return shipping fee. I will accept your offer. I am assuming you want me to get the cost of shipping, and send it to you, after I have returned it? I will use this response from you as proof of your offer to refund the cost of return shipping. Please provide the return address. As far as closing the case, I apologize but I am unable to close this case until the items have been returned, and I am reimbursed for the return shipping fee as well as receiving the original cost of the items for a total of $__, plus the cost of returning the items. Again, please provide the return address and I will return all of the items for reimbursement and then close the case. Ordered 2 XL men's shirts in late January. I received them more than 8 weeks later due to the virus in China I suppose since all the clothes are clearly labeled as Chinese The shirts LOOK great but they are nowhere near XL. I wear L but order XL just to be safe and that did not help. These XL shirts are more like M if even that. So disappointed. The shirts look so awesome but dont fit, slow shipping, and zero updates from the company.

They have really nice products and their customer service is excellent.

Would NOT reccomend!!!!! They certainly took my $ right away, but took almost SIX WEEKS to ship!!! #slowaf #dontwasteyourmoney

Having had a gastric Bypass, I was losing weight reasonably fast so I needed to buy some new clothes that actually fit me and not just hang from me. The tops and pants that I ordered were absolutely gorgeous, look fantastic on and what's more, very reasonably priced. I am looking forward to losing even more weight so I can order some more of the amazing clothes Rosegal have on offer.
