Still waiting on my goods which took 19 days for them just to process just found out got to pay £85 to dhl for import taxes there customer service is a joke with this ticket system and not being able to get direct contact have had this type of item from other companies never had to pay taxes They are unhelpful and quiet honestly buyer beware the goods are not worth paying that amount of tax they keep saying basically my problem won’t give a refund want goods back Before will consider refund There not even in this country Goods in Hong king !!!! Should be stopped trading outside of their country Obviously can’t cope with shipping and clearly telling customers the amount of tax that could be also they are able to sort this out their end information is on dhl website yet they say can’t !!!!

Delivery ridiculous I paid extra for priority postage still not here was only shipped 2 days ago and customer service says its 15 days from shipping not 15 days from order date..... Scam artists really terrible service received from support team would not order again or recommend to anyone. Better items and delivery from Dresslily

I have purchased several items from here, some were good, but others such as the khaki coat which picture shows cream colour .ordered the xxl, as that is their size 12....usually take a med.to large depending on the item.The coat is like a felt, cheaply made, but fits ok, am hoping once I iron it from the packaging, will look better.you get what you pay for.Delivery is usually pretty good, did not wait long.only thing is no cleaning instruction, i cannot imagine putting it in water, it is just felt.

S'il y avait une possibilité de mettre 0 étoile je l'aurai fait... Commande effectuée le 06 Fevrier et toujours rien reçu à ce jour ! On me dit qu'il y a eu les vacances et que les effectifs sont réduits en cette période de l'année....balblabla... C'est marrant pour débiter mon compte bancaire ça va sans problème. Je déconseille fortement tout achat sur ce site !

The leggings I ordered were cute but didn't fit. The shirt I ordered looked nice on the picture I look at to order. But when I got the shirt ugly and was material like a Halloween costume. The sexy wear was cute and fit good. Order also took a month to get to me. Ridiculous

They have false 5* reviews for items. Most of the good reviews are from someone who is 4'6" and 32AA. Rosegal reported the review to trustpilot. All the supporting documentation was sent.

I ordered over 200.00 in items on February 16th and paid for expedited shipping which is 5-8 days. It is now February 28th and still no package. I sent them a message and was not my package was never even processed. Then they offered me a credit. They keep my money and I can use it on the website. SERIOUSLY. They are a bunch of thieves. They want your money but they are horrible at getting you your products. Buyers Beware.

I have written, spoken, called and emailed about one garment left out of an order of 11 items. After speaking to "customer services", they asked me to call back with the item number. Interestingly, my number had been blocked from being answered. I tried to get through for 3 hours. The quality of the clothes is cheap, but I wasn't surprised about that because they are cheaply priced. What I was upset about was paying for a dress that never was delivered or given a refund for. I will never again order from Rosegal and will encourage others to BEWARE of ROSEGAL's business practices.

Ordered some very cute tops. They fit as expected and were a great price. Shipping was a little slow but still arrived within the time frame mentioned on the site (I think it took about 2 weeks). Material was a little thin, but not see-though. Can't complain at all.

Well I am actually surprised on all the bad reviews. This is 1 of my favorite sites, if I could buy everything I would. I do think when a customer buys so much they should have some sort of extra discount but hey whatever. I am a bigger women usually fit in size large, I find as long as I go 2 sizes up I am good. Only thing I will not order again is Jean's as they were to small and no way I am paying for shipping back in canada.

Ok,so unusual for me I did not read the reviews,wish I had,after many messages looking for where my order had got to,finally had enough of the excuses,obviously printed and ready to go with their agents.I wonder how much longer this company will survive with this disgraceful way of operating,they take your monies (via paypal )and then have the cheek to tell you wait 48hrs and possibly 3-5 business days.Lets keep our fingers crossed,I do not like getting mucked about.perhaps if I had an email from them to let me know what was happening that would of helped.(Oh by the way the items ordered were for my holiday,too late now,very disappointing.

mejor no comprar al principio cuando eres nueva bien, pero cuando ya eres cliente habitual fatal. después de la queja por aquí me devolvieron menos de lo que me dijeron. Hasta para eso te engañan. Me quedo con Amazon y Aliexpress, son los que mejor cumplen con ellos no he tenido problemas y llevo comprando desde que se dio a conocer Amazon.

This is the first and only time I have ever ordered from them. I ordered a dress for my bridal shower, that will probably not get here before my shower, they told me due to Chinese New year everything is on hold, well, I feel at this point that is just an excuse I ordered at the beginning of this month and I've repeatedly emailed and messaged costumer service and I get various stories, honestly never order from this site, it is a complete scam. They want to give u credit or money off your next order. Why would I want that if I never received my item. I Will NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!!!! Horrible business and a complete joke.

J'ai commandé le 24 janvier 2020 ma commande n'est toujours pas expédié. Après une réclamation on m'a répondu le 4 février que ma commande était complète et prête à être expédié. Mais elle ne l'est toujours pas. Entre le 4 février et aujourd'hui on m'a redit que la commande était complète et qu'elle va être envoyée qu'il y avait du retard à cause de vacance, mais même avec des vacances il y a bien des gens qui travaillent malgré toute l'entreprise n'est pas fermé et personne ne se décide à prendre ma commande est disante toute prête et la poster . Ensuite on m'a proposé de rembourser ma commande et de rien envoyer. Cela fera bientôt 1 mois que j'ai passé ma commande et on ne m'a même pas proposé de compensation pour les désagréments causés. Tout ce que je veux c'est qu'on envoie ma Commande. Je suis très déçu du comportement du service client.

Rosegal I have 3 fairly large orders with you going back to January one is supposed to have been despatched in January but when I check thevtrackjng details it's not recognised by royal mail, all I keep seeing is messages stating that deliveries are delayed due to logistics so far the dates given have been 11th 17th now 24 February before possible deliveries will continue and thanks for being patient. What is the issue please . Look forward to your reply

Ordered almost 4 weeks ago now and have been gettin so many different excuses, paid for priority shipping and as the exchange rate is high its cost me almost $150 and still is sitting in processing, i never buy my self anything new ad this was for my daughters wedding, feeling so let down :(

I ordered about $150 in merchandise from Rosegal.com in Mid-Jan, they charged my account at the time of the order, but last week, the order was still "Processing". I was given the option to have my order shipped within 1-3 business days or to go ahead and cancel my order. I wanted the order so I gave them the extra time. Today, the order was still processing. I asked to cancel the order and to please refund my money. They asked me if I wanted it changed back to my credit card or if I wanted credit. I told them I wanted it back on my card, she then proceeded to tell me that it would take 7-14 days to get my refund!!! Bad Bad Bad business!!!

I did not get the items I ordered, but I did get a refund with an additional 10$ coupon. Im not sure what happened, why I didnt get my items, but im glad for the money back! Thanks for that!
