Horrible online store. They are horrible with fulfilling an order, returns, and talking to a live person. I will NEVER order anything from them again.

Hize una compra y la calidad en general bastante mala. Devolver las prendas fue complicado porque no me contestaban pero finalmente me han dicho que me devolverán el importe... espero que así sea.

If I could write this site is zero I definitely would I’m very disappointed I have placed the order for almost $100 and I still haven’t received any of my merchandise yet I keep getting the runaround that my merchandise will be shipped to me but I haven’t received a tracking number I actually paid for expedited shipping so it can arrive to me within 2 to 3 days and I still haven’t received anything it is going on a month now I’m so disappointed and to be honest I feel just sickening about the whole experience If I could rate this site is zero I definitely would I’m very disappointed I have placed the order for almost $100 and I still haven’t received any of my merchandise yet I keep getting the runaround that my merchandise will be shipped to me but I haven’t received the tracking number I actually paid for expedited shipping so it can arrive to me within 2 to 3 days and I still haven’t received anything it is going on a month now I’m so disappointed and to be honest I feel just sickening about the whole experience not lie to you I have ordered from this website before in the past I had no problems but that is when I can actually speak to customer service and you actually spoke with a live person now they have no customer service mine the only way that you can speak to someone is through messenger this is a red flag people if they don’t have an actual one 800 number and the only way that you can speak to them is through his system Please! Please! Please! do not spend your money because this should let you know that this is not a legit company I have purchased items from them in the past I was not disappointed my items arrived to me and they were what I wanted this was last year but now I can’t get my money or no response so from last year to this year something definitely had to happen I’m just warning you as a concern consumer please don’t order from the site

HORRIBLE! Nothing fit! Returned all! Still no refund after a month and customer service is non existent! I think I've been scammed out of $130!! Calling the number is just an answering machine, I've tried the online service support, all they say is a customer service manager will get back to you in 24 hours........NEVER happens! Tried messaging them on Facebook, still no success in getting my promised refund. I mailed back all items at my own expense, so I'm out even more $$!!! They now claim they can only refund after a package has been confirmed delivered. I have the tracking number, it was delivered almost a month ago! It takes weeks for them to confirm delivery? Just sounds like another excuse to withhold refund.

I enjoy shopping at this site. Everything arrived in a timely manner. There are, however, some inconsistencies in the sizing. Having ordered swimsuits in all the same size, some fit better than others, especially on the bottoms. Make sure to check the sizing before ordering. Customer service is very polite and quick to respond. Overall, I am pleased and will be ordering again.

This site rips customers off. I bought a jacket and waited but it never arrived. After contacting Rosegal they finally told me their shipping company refused to send to me and delivered it back to Rosegal. Obviously I was expecting a full refund from Rosegal but instead was told 'as a gesture of goodwill we will refund you 50%!!!!! I am disgusted they owe me a full refund and this is purely ripping customers off. I wouldn't recommend anyone buying from these scam artists unless you want to lose your money.

If I could give 0 stars I would! I ordered my mom two dresses but unfortunately they did not fit. They were too small so I submitted a ticket for a refund and they take forever to reply! Literally it’s been weeks!! Plus they never answer their phones! All I want is the correct address to ship them back to so I can get my refund!! It’s some fraud behavior if you ask me. Save your time and money!

Hace unos días mandé un correo a Rosegal pidiendo explicaciones sobre dos prendas que no habían llegado pero sí se habían cobrado y su respuesta ha sido un correo donde el enlace me deriva a la página de Rosegal para comprar y tiene toda la pinta de ser un mensaje automático con lo cual mi enfado ha aumentado. Todo comienza en noviembre. En este mes realicé una compra que costaba de un pantalón, un jersey, una chaqueta y una blusa. Me llegó en diciembre un paquete solo con la chaqueta y la blusa el resto no ha llegado aún. Mi correo avisaba de que solo esperaba esta semana para recuperar mi dinero o recibir lo que había pedido. Dado que encima la respuesta es una tomadura de pelo (ya que me deriva a la misma página de Rosegal) buscaré los recursos posibles para recuperar lo que es mio. Mientras tanto me dedicaré a informar en redes sociales o donde sea sobre mi decepción, mi disgusto y por supuesto la recomendación de que no compren si no quieren perder como yo lo que es suyo. Veo entre las quejas, que mi caso no es el único y que hay más personas estafadas. POR FAVOR INDIQUEN QUE RECURSOS HAN TOMADO para que esto no se quede solamente aquí sino que surta efecto. Muchas gracias.

Update: Rosegal has refunded my money and allowed me to keep the merchandise. I would have gladly returned bc the items are way big. Rosegal made it right and that's what matters. .......... I ordered 2 bath suits which were very large. I didn't even try them on. I wanted to return the next day. Well returning is not that easy you have to wait on a Return Form. I have been currently waiting over a week just to get the returned processed. I have called twice only to be told that the form will take 24 hrs to process. ITS BEEN 12 DAYS! I'm seriously annoyed with this. Do not order if you think it might have to be returned.

Worst company ever to order from. I placed an order and 3 weeks later it still hadn’t shipped. Wanted to cancel but they told me they couldn’t intercept. If you don’t mind waiting a few months for your order go ahead. If you want it in a decent time manner steer clear!!! Worst customer service

I ordered this purse for my graddaughter and she loved it. I shop at Rosegal often, and don't think I've ever had a bad experience. Their prices are reasonable and worth waiting the extra shipping time, which can sometimes be a couple of weeks. Plus they offer so many coupons,there's always some kind of discount available.

Recently...since posting my review of all troubling issues on Trustpilot...Rosegal did contact me and within a short period of time did reimburse my account due to the cited issues with wrong product sent/sizing issues which I greatly appreciated. I regret it took posting a poor review of their products and services but because they have made substantial effort to reimburse me...I will try again to order from them and again greatly appreciate the effort they made to amend their services. but did finally achieve satisfactory response. They have noted the issues with customer inability to address concerns online and have said they will improve this issue so look forward to these improvements...

Don't waste your money. I'm in the midst of trying to find my package though luckily I've not had to wait as long as others here. I've been checking tracking info since 1/22 (the day I received shipping notice) and the only status is that the shipment is "pending" and that the shipping info has been sent to FedEx. This, in my mind, does not equal "shipped." I asked them to cancel my order but they maintain it has been "shipped" so they cannot cancel. I've gone back and forth with a bot on FB Messenger and all I get are the same canned answers, "Rest assured your shipment is on the way," :"Please allow 3-5 business days for an update to shipping information." It's now been 13 days and the package hasn't moved.

I have ordered two shirts in May'19 and never received them. Even after writing review and sending messages to the Customer Service. Still waiting for my refund. Complete ignorance. I don't recommend.
