I purchased a Fantastic Mushroom Forest Tapestry on 08/31/2019 and received it not too long after, about a week or two. When I saw the tapestry I was very excited and months later I still am! The size and print is exactly the same as what is shown on the website. I teach English to Chinese students online and my students have really enjoyed seeing the new background! 10/10 highly recommend!

I ordered a small Spaghetti Strap Tree Print Sequined Dress on 08/31/2019. The order arrived pretty quickly, taking only about a week or two. I was very excited and quickly tried my dress on only to be disappointed that it did not fit! The waist fit perfectly but the upper half did not. I am quite petite so perhaps that has something to do with it. If they had an extra small I would have ordered that instead. Overall the dress was exactly like the picture (so beautiful!) and the customer service was amazing! Even though the dress didn't work for me I received excellent help in getting a return! I highly recommend Rosegal however just be warned (as with any shopping experience online) not all body types will fit the same as another person!

Wow Wow! I ordered two items. I ordered a Christmas tablecloth and a Christmas photo backdrop. Both items are just perfect!! Nice quality with great prices. It took 10 days to deliver, didn’t receive updates, just received my package. Thank you Rosegal! I am grateful.

So I ordered about $300 in Halloween items back in mid September. I received approximately $100 of them within about a week. It's is now October 16th and I still have not received the rest of my order. When I contacted them they were pretty much oh well we are out on one of your items and we will not ship anything to you until we get that last one. These obviously are for Halloween. My first party is October 18th..I was forced to go to the Halloween store and spend another $200 to make up for it. Doubt anything will arrive by the 31st. I plan on disputing the rest with PayPal since they will not cancel the remaining items or refund me. Don't order from here. Use Amazon!

Rosegal offers so many affordable options for stylish and on trend clothes. I always compare similar styles to Amazon and often find Rosegal to be less expensive. Plus sizes are true to size in my experience with Rosegal too. I have a wedding coming up and will be buying from Rosegal for this special occasion!

I love love love this site. The clothes are absolutely true to size which is so unusual when dealing with over seas companies but they are and I'm so great ful for that being a plus size woman it's hard to find beautiful clothing that looks great. The quality of the clothing is amazing as well and I've only had one item that was too large and didn't fit correctly and the customer service was more than accommodating I do alot of online shopping and this is by far the best company I've ever felt with. I order from them all the time and will definitely be ordering more . Plus the coupons and sales are awesome I save so much money with them .

I ordered a dress. It was very reasonably priced. This was my first order from Rosegal so I was curious about the quality. I planned to wear it to a wedding. When I received it, I was very happy with the quality and even after washing, it held up very nicely. Also, if you follow their size chart, you should be able to accurately find something to fit you. I highly recommend Rosegal and I will be ordering again!

I've had mostly hits when ordering from Rosegal. I've had a couple of misses, but the prices are affordable so if you miss, it's not so bad. I've been ordering from them for a while now. I order swimsuits every summer. I would suggest to read reviews and sizing charts on items you want to purchase, and you should be good.

This company are so bad to deal with. I had ordered 2 dresses on the 10th of June 2019 for a wedding I was attending on the 3rd of August, I thought I had ordered well in advance but by the 15th of July there was still no sign of the dresses so I emailed looking for an update to be told 1 of the dresses was out of stock, which I was never informed of at the time of ordering and they were not expecting it back in for another week or so. I asked for a refund on both items as I had already been waiting nearly 5 weeks on and I knew I would have to find another dress because I wouldn’t get them on time. then conveniently the next day the dress was shipped out so unfortunately I couldn’t get a refund as it was already posted to me! Anyway the dresses arrived 2 weeks after the wedding and they didn’t fit so I had to return them. I posted them back to the Spain address on the 29th of August but i Had to mail them nearly twice a week to see if they had received them but of course I should have know the answer before I got the reply, they kept asking me for a tracking number which I did not have but I mailed a photo of the receipt from the post office as proof of postage. So after many emails back and forth they said they eventually received it but it could take up to 14 days for me to receive my refund (I have never waited that long for a refund from any other company before). I’m still waiting on it to appear in my bank, i’m Not hopeful that I will ever see it again. So it will have taken nearly 5 months from the time I ordered the dresses to receive my refund. I will definitely not be ordering from ROSEGAL again

I love everything I have bought from Rosegal! Between their sizing charts, the model photos, and the reviews left by other customers (that also include photos), I know when I buy something it will fit! Shipping turn around time is reasonable, and I received all of my items within 14 days of ordering.

I ordered several things from Rosegal and loved them, the quality is good, clothes look like the pictures (it always helps to look at the reviews of the individual piece too) and it got here quick. Only issue I had was 2 of the items not being sent, but I contacted support and it was fixed pretty much the next day, will definitely order from there again

Don't sell stock you don't have. You get No COMPENSATION for them not sending the stock you get ripped off

C'était ma première commande attirée par leurs petits prix, mais c'est bien la dernière, car j'ai du commander ailleurs et ça a finit par me coûter cher.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! I call on October 4th explained to a lady the Halloween dresses I ordered was too big I would like to exchange and I asked if I would get them by Halloween. She said yes no problem and I should receive a email by October 5th. Today is October 6th i have not received a email to properly return the 2 dresses I ordered for a exchange. I would like the email to return the dresses so I would receive the right size Before Halloween. There was no email and I called and was treated *HORRIBLE* the man that answered the phone told me the computers for email was down and I have to call tomorrow. I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor he said they are all gone on a business trip. I said you work in a big company and your telling me there's no lead or manager there? Yes and I asked his name and told him my line is also recorded her termed call. I called back ""8"" more times hes picks up the phone laughing and hanging up!!! REALLY AND YOU WANT A GOOD REVIEW OR MY BUSINESS??? REALLY?!?!?! "IF" I do not get a call with by OCTOBER 8TH BY 5 PM CENTRAL TIME!
