As a plus size woman, I absolutely love Rosegal! Very unique and charmy clothing in a range of sizes. I love that they provide measurements for each garment, so I can be sure that the clothing fits! Mixed bag. Generally the clothes are too big but occasionally they get too small. So if you're cautious you can get it right. The clothes are all of great quality & pretty much as per the pictures on screen. It's tough to work out what type of material they are made of though. Mostly the fitting problems relate to how stretchy the fabric is. EG I'm a UK size 16-20, just bought some leggings from RoseGal size 14 & they fit like a dream. I find delivery to be really quick 7-10 days, never any bother. Emails sent to this company are responded to within 24hours, they struggle to understand what exactly your problem is but are clearly trying to provide the best service & are always courteous. I really love the styles & colour combinations of these clothes & buy from them regularly.

last summer i ordered many cloths from rosegal because there was a sale(including a jacket for 5 bucks.after 20 days i received the big package,i can say that the quality is decent regarding the cheap price.now it's winter i started to wear those cloths.perfect.

Great customer service, super fast shipping even internationally! They always provide a great way to help whatever the issue is. Plus size clothing and mens clothing is cheap but very high quality and UNIQUE!

DO NOT BUY FROM ROSEGAL If I could rate less than 1 star I would. Although they have a sizing chart and I ordered 5 different items the same size they arrived with the same size labels but were all different sizes. Quality control is obviously a major issue, the clothing was much poorer quality than showing in the pictures. Rosegal policies on trying to return the product for refund breaches Australian consumer Law and they wanted me to pay for postage to an international site instead of returning to the sender address. They also want to keep postage and insurance from the refund and offering 20% of the purchase price or donate the clothing. Why would I pay anything for their poor quality control? I sent the items to the sender address and they advise it is against their policy so I disputed the whole transaction with my credit card via the bank some time ago and have managed to attain a full refund via that avenue. This was the first and last purchase from Rosegal, Believe the reviews and save yourself the pain - DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

I agree 100% with the below negative comments! I purchased leggings in early September and it is now November 1st and I never received them OR a refund. Also never got a supposed confirmation email that they will be processing or shipping it, the order status currently says “refunded” which is a lie I do not have my refund to my paypal. Got an email claiming they will “give me points” for a new item, I still have not even received that, and I emailed back telling them NO I want my money back, sure it was Only like $17 but they have STOLEN from me and I am not happy at all. I hope they feel good stealing from a cancer patient! No joke, all seriousness. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS BUSINESS!
