Sehr schöne Kleidung, mal völlig andere Sachen als vor Ort in den Geschäften, grade für Übergrößen. Qualitativ sind die Sachen in Ordnung, nicht besonders hochwertig aber gut und für den Preis absolut ok. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich der Kundenservice, durch einen Fehler habe ich doppelt überwiesen (sofort Überweisung) und daraufhin den Kundenservice kontaktiert. Es wurde umgehend geantwortet, zwar auf Englisch aber absolut verständlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Ich konnte wählen zwischen einer Rücküberweisung oder einer Gutschrift auf mein Kundenkonto. Super Service =) Ansonsten hat alles super geklappt, bei jeder Bestellung bisher, Lieferzeiten waren oftmals weniger lang als angegeben.

As a plus size woman its hard to find cute, trendy clothes. Rosegal has lots of cute styles for me to choose from. Its very affordable and kind of like the clothes you may find at a Ross or Burlington. Just be sure to verify the measurements in the descriptions. My items arrived very quickly. I have seen other reviews about people complain about the time it took to get their items but I didn't have this issue. Overall, great experience.

Rosegal is horrible please be weary. It takes forever to receive your clothing. God forbid you need to return items. They make process cumbersome and after you have spent more money returning items and following their printed, emailed instructions they come back to you and inform you that they need your receipt proving that you returned them. When you purchase online using their chart for measurements there is bound to be some difficulties between designers and need for " return or exchange" of garments. Never got my money back after I returned items.

This is a terrible company to deal with. I ordered two sweaters which the description said that the bust was 41 inches, but when I got it the bust was 52 inches! Not only did I have to PAY TO RETURN THE ITEM, BUT THEY WOULD ONLY REFUND $8 DOLLARS OF THE $25 I PAID FOR THE SWEATER!!!! I will never do business with this company again. I heard from RoseGal, but even though they partially refunded me, I still have to PAY FOR THEIR MISTAKE!!! The guides online are not even close to accurate, so buy at your own risk.

It took a while to receive, but I expected to since it came from Cali and I'm in NY but otherwise, product searching: A1, fitting: top was perfect bottom was a bit big. Understandable, it's always been hard for me to find the right fit. Honestly it's been hard trying to find the right bathing suit I can feel comfortable in. Top is amazing with hiding my tummy and arms where I'm a little on the chunky side. Super happy with purchase. Definitely will be ordering again!

Ordered 3 sweaters ...all absolute junk! Nothing like in pictures ...never saw or felt material.like they are passing off as "sweater" material. Lesson learned ...never again. Didn't even pass on to second hand store ... right in the trash.

I was nervous ordering online, but I am so happy that I took the chance and did. I ordered 2 shirts and a dress on August 30, and was amazed when they arrived in 2 weeks. They were packaged in protective bags and all 3 items were even more beautiful in person. I am a plus size woman and the fit was amazing. All I can say is do it. The quality is a joke and the fit varies wildly from item to item. They shipped my order in 2 different packages and now 3 weeks later, my final item has still not been shipped. When I contacted them about it, they said to give it another 4-8 business days. Don’t waste your money on this place. I really wish I hadn’t.

Awesome site I wouldn't shop for my clothes anywhere else . and their rugs are to die foe feels like velvet and non slide. I am disabled and these rugs never budge and they keep me from falling. I am very happy with this site. Finally nice big size and original clothes at low prices. fast shipping to Europe 8/10 days. I have never had any customs fees. No need to return clothes. It is now part of my favorite site.
