France | 29 November 2019J ai passé une commande n°Z1911261241159964 sur le site le 26 novembre 2019 à 19h41 avec livraison express et assurance, dans la foulée je recevais un mail me dis quand que ma commande est en cours de traitement en anglais, quelques minutes plus tard je reçois un nouveau mail en français m'indiquant que ma commande est deja prête à etre expédié suite à la bonne réception de mon règlement, mais qu'il y a un article qui reste à être expédié.... bon jusqu'à la tout va bien le lendemain je reçois un SMS de DHL indiquant que ma commande est expédiée et que je la recevrai le 3 décembre puis je reçois un second SMS quasiment dans la foulée m'indiquant que je dois payer 33,50 € de frais de douane..... à ma grande surprise je me demande ce que viennent faire ces frais de douane sachant que sur ma commande et sur les articles que j'ai sélectionné aucune mention n'était présente..... bref ne pouvons les appeler car les numéros d'appel sont des plateformes étrangères qui coûte très cher( ils sont malins) je décide de lancer un chat pour avoir un peu plus d'explication et leur dire que a payé 33,50 € de plus je ne veux plus de ma commande et que je souhaite me faire rembourser..... bien sûr très compliqué de se faire comprendre car ce sont des traduction automatique mais il m'explique que je ne pourrai pas être rembourser si je ne paye pas les droits de douane car si je ne paye pas DHL détruira le colis et je pourrais prétendre à aucun remboursement...... ils doivent aujourd'hui normalement vendredi 30 novembre me recontacter par mail pour trouver une solution!!!! J'espère qu'ils vont accéder à ma requête soit m'offrir les frais de douane à titre commercial soit me rembourser ma commande..... si je n'ai pas de réponse aujourd'hui avec une solution trouvée je contacte le service consommateur et je vais pas leur faire de la pub car c'est vraiment de l'arnaque.... c'est des choses que j'ai commandé pour Noël j'espère qu'ils vont pas me le gâcher..... dans l'attente d'une réponse de la part de ROSEGAL dans les meilleurs délais. Tout mes soucis on été résolu j ai été remboursé des frais de douane et des vetement qui ne m allait pas....faite attention aux tailles malgré ma vigilance et de m être bien référé aux taille indiquées et mettre bien mesurée, c est pas toujours juste, j ai été rapidement rembourser et vous pouvez aussi les échanger mais comme c est souvent des promos bah les stocks sont vite épuisés, je n ai donc pas pu échanger, dommage .il faut malgré tout se battre un épi pour obtenir gain de cause mais il font le geste commercial au final....a suivre

United States | 28 November 2019I ordered and paid for two (2) shirts and received one (1). One shirt was supposed to be $26.29 and the other was $21.34, plus $3.99 for shipping. On your site, My credit card was charged $43.44 for ONE SHIRT! No explanation why and no explanation why I didn't receive my second shirt. I have been offered refunds of $4.00, $16.00 and $20.00 which aren't even close to what I paid. Stay away from this company.

Canada | 27 November 2019Ordered 3 items. Received 2. One item says "to be shipped". No update on when it will be shipped. Especially given that i requested Expedited delivery. It's been over 3 weeks. Rating could increase dramatically if i receive my shipment of the back ordered it.

New Zealand | 27 November 2019Update, money was refunded for togs and apology seems sincere. Just need to now find togs to replace in 3 weeks 😐 all in all seems like honest mix up I'll try them again in the future and post my experience with that.

Canada | 23 November 2019When I first order from Rosegal, I wasn't sure what size I had to choose. A few days after making my first order, I received part of my order (5 out of 7 pieces), unfortunately they were too big. I wrote customer service and they were able to change the size for the remaining of my order that where not send out yet. Since I choose not to return the clothing, that were too big (would've been to expensif) they offed me some money, I thought their offer was too low so they made a better one. Great customer service. I ordered clothing from various site and I most say that Rosegal's clothing are very well made, great material and good quality. The negative side is that some pieces of clothing that were not in stock when ordering took a longer time to arrive to Canada, but some took only a few days. Also, it's hard to know where the items comes from, some orders I had to pay duties, which I hadn't planned on. I was able to find lots of promo codes for Rosegal on lign, which makes it really worth it.

La calidad de las camisetas bastante buena tras lavados y plancha. El abrigo es más fino de lo que esperaba. Muy satisfecha

United States | 21 November 2019Worst company for returns. In order to return an item, I was instructed to send it 'certified mail'. That literally would have cost more than the item was worth. There was no packing slip or return instructions in the package. I had to email for return instructions which, in and of itself, was laborious. This company has some fun clothing but it is definitely not worth the hassle because the return process is horrible. Update: after several emails back and forth, I was able to get a refund. But then the company tried to have this review removed claiming I had not ‘had a genuine buying experience’. I sent the documentation to Trustpilot to prove I had but it sure seems like Rosegal was trying to get a negative review removed. Shady and unethical.

United States | 19 November 2019awful!!! paid extra $10 for fast courier service - only to be told the courier could not find the delivery address (odd given we use Startrack a fair bit at work). Getting run around between Rosegal and courier - looks like i will spend more time and effort recovering the money than is worth the effort (Im sure it is part of their business model). Next time I will just order direct from china, even if the goods dont arriveit will be a smaller cost...

Canada | 19 November 2019Love the rosegal clothes, ordered a couple cute Halloween shirts. Unfortunately when came delivered, because I'm in canada I was charged an additional $29 duty. This was not mentioned. Said free delivery over $49. Already paid in us dollars and then this on top. Lo e the clothes but cant afford the extra duty.

They fix any issues you have withyour order in a timely fashion. I really appreciate it. I'm only going to buy from Rosegal from now on. Their clothing is exceptional! I love the way the clothed fit and feel! Ive recently shown my niece yhis app and she loves the clothes too! ( I think that you have a new loyal customer!) Can't wait to get my next order in the mail... So I can get a move on and get started on my next order!

I would like to see the company make warmer leggings for winter though maybe a heavier material since most of it is Polyester and that is not very warm in Canada where our temperatures drop to -20 to -40 degrees Celsius.Same as I would like to see more warmer sweater dresses for the bigger girls.
