Most unfortunately, the Holiday items I purchased were on backorder but I wasn't informed of that until after I already paid for them. I decided to wait a bit to see if they would ship in time for Halloween. One item shipped by the 20th and other had not, so I canceled it. I received an email on the 26th saying I would receive the other item somewhere from November 3rd to the 17th. I was extremely disappointed because now I will not have either item I needed for Halloween. I gave a 3 star rating only because the customer service responded quickly and were very polite and apologetic. In the future, I hope the site informs customers when items are on backorder BEFORE they are purchased.

If you're selling a holiday-themed item, and that item will NOT arrive until well after the holiday, the customer should be made aware of that fact. Then, when said customer contacts "customer service," to have the on line responses be what are obviously computer-generated responses based upon keywords is simply insulting. I'll never give these people my money again.

I was extremely pleased with the items that I ordered. The sizing charts that RoseGal provides made ordering the correct size very easy and everything fit beautifully. The deliver time was very quick and the items were very affordable. I will definitely purchase from RoseGal again in the future.

I ordered two pairs of leggins. One is perfect with the lace on the bottom. Just a little thinner than I would have preferred. I love them. They are so comfortable. However, the second pair has a metal circle holding loops and looked so good on the picture. The material is far superior to the first pair. The problem is that one leg is really shorter than the other leg. I saved them for last to wear to work and now I am miserable. One leg rides up to my knee and the other stays put. What to do???? I have spent the morning getting up from my desk and pulling them in place. Not sure it I will order again. I am writing this so Rosegal will know there is a problem with the loop leggings. This site made my shopping easy. It had so many options and so many colors. My package came fast too. I was really excited when i got it in the mail. The swimsuit i got fit perfectly.

This has been the ultimate worst shopping experience in my life. In the past month, I have had a multitude of issues in trying to get an item on time. To be sure it arrived, I ordered a month ahead of when I need it, only to be informed that the item I ordered (the one I needed the most) was available and the second item wasn't. THEN, I received an email stating that the opposite item had been shipped. So, I immediately contacted support (this was my 2nd time) where the person informed me that the original staff member informed me about the wrong item being unavailable. So I then attempted to make an exchange, only for the person to put it in as 2 different items instead of one, both of which she did not tell me were also unavailable. So, a 3rd time! I had to contact them because of an outstanding balance for items I didn't want and were unavailable. This 3rd time I attempted yet ANOTHER exchange which I was assured was placed and the items the previous person had added were to be canceled. Time number 4, it turned out that the exchange and cancellation both had not been placed at all. So once again I needed to put in for the exchange, but at this point there was only 1 week left before the Halloween event at my job that I needed the item for. I made it clear I needed it here before the 28th, and they said it would be possible considering the items are being shipped from China and I live as a foreign teacher in Korea. The 5th time I contacted, I was told that I need to contact the shipping company myself, which is completely ridiculous, because it stopped updating in their system. From the very beginning NEITHER of the emails providing tracking numbers and link proved useful as the packages could not be successfully tracked. AND the interactions listed above were ONLY the successful ones, the live chat kicked me off multiple times when I would try to view links sent to me through it or messages from other apps for reference to use in our conversations. THIS COMPANY IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST! The most frustrating part is that "Dresslily" is their sister company under the same parent corporation and I have NEVER once had an issue with them. STAY AWAY FROM ROSEGAL!!!

I love to shop at Rosegal, especially in the clothing section, but they also have a wide range of accessories, home decorations, shoes, and bags. I bought a couple of swimsuits for my vacation and I am very satisfied with fitting and quality. Also, I ordered a beach cover-up and I think it's the best order I ever made online. Last year I ordered a leather jacket which a perfect Zara dupe, and it is very affordable. I will order at Rosegal again, for sure.

The clothes are really nice and the shipping is good as well. Other customers also post accurate reviews about the sizes and sometimes photos. I had one problem with an item and I wrote to them and they solved it. Returning stuff is not as easy, but it's ok.

A call center for your company!! Rudest person I have dealt with in a long long time. His name was Jett. Asked for supervisor and was told first that they were not in, then told i couldn't talk to them. I asked for his supervisors name and stated he wasn't allowed to give that out. Total BS. I would not recommend this company to anyone. SCAM!!!!!

Rosegal is a great online store with a large variety of clothing. They also have a some amazing home decor products. They also carry plus size clothing which is absolutely great. It can be hard finding plus size clothes that are flattering but Rosegal makes it so much easier. Their clothing quality is definitely up to standards. I did have a few issues with my first order but it the issues were solved very promptly. Their customer service is great.

Recently ordered a bathing suit through rosegal. While the sipping time was right on about 4 weeks, the fit was fairly true to size and the item worth the money spent in relation to its quality. I would shop there again.
