United States | 20 September 2019Ordered Halloween sofa covers on September 12. Expedited shipping 4-8 days. September 20 they can’t find my order, then when they do, choose to tiptoe that the second cover hasn’t shipped and tell me the first one won’t arrive until September 27. I’m persistent , they tell me it’s now out of stock. But I should wait 2 more weeks for new ones to arrive (so they can be shipped).. or I should select another item . Well it can no longer be a matching set and they think it’s acceptable to just mismatch them. I wouldn’t even get them until likely AFTER Halloween. And the tracking info they sent me on the first cover.... blank. I cancelled my order. No chance no how I will ever use this site again. Order and pay for seasonal items... they don’t even bother to call or email to say we no longer have it. I had to waste an hour with customer service repeating (on messenger) every question I had AFTER my items should’ve already been in my possession ,To be told we can’t help you. Mismatch likely only have half through the holiday or receive them after the holiday is already over. Even though I bought/ paid for them while they were still in stock.

United States | 19 September 2019I purchased a throw rug for my kitchen from Rosegal. When I received it, the item was damaged (rip in the seams and didn't lay flat). I have reached out to Rosegal to get a refund, they told me to send pictures of the defective rug (which I did), and send it back to the (which I did), I had to pay for shipping to send their defective item back to the as well, which was not cheap! They still won't refund the price of the rug back to me. I shop online all the time and I have never experienced such a horrible company. The customer service is horrible (2 of their reps actually hung up on me), and their items are even worse. I will NEVER shop at Rosegal again and if anyone is reading this review, be smart don't shop here!!

The size chart has always been my biggest worry when ordering online and RoseGals is very accurate. The shipping has been timely and I have never had a problem with RoseGal. They are also very easy and helpful in customer service if you ever have questions.I highly recommend shopping with RoseGal and I will buying more from them!

Canada | 18 September 2019This was my first time ordering from rosegal. There are so many things that I want but I decided to get one outfit to try it out. The prices are unbeatable. I was very pleasantly surprised when I recieved the items in less then two weeks. The shirt that came fit perfectly and was so unique and beautiful. I've gotten so many compliments on them. The leggings I ordered were quite sheer but work great with a long tunic or dress. I will say that you definately need to follow the size chart provided with each order. I'm a 2xl generally. Canada | 16 September 2019I have been buying from Rosegal since 2016. They are guick to credit any items that did not fit or was not was expected. I feel confident that they will take care of any issue. I read the size chart for each item, as sizes vary by product, I normally wear a 2X but I have to order 3X-5X depending on the sizing. You need to plan to wait about six weeks for your order to arrive. You can choose to pay for express shipping but the courier will charge an additional fee to process your order before they deliver it. I've gotten many compliments on the clothing and the prices are very reasonable. It's important to check what type of fabric is used, as some have a little stretch and some don't. Knowing the timeline for shipping is helpful. Each item shows if it is in stock or if it will take 7-10 days before shipping.

United States | 16 September 2019This website is a complete scam. The product delivered was completely different from what I expected from the images. Unfortunately it is not possible to attach images to this review, otherwise I would show you what I mean. I bought a hoodie and the color was off, the straps were different and the buttons were different It looks super cheap and basic, whereas the website images looked really good (before you wonder - no, it's not just about angle and lighting, the product was actually different). From now on I will only buy from reputable sites, like Amazon, who will remove sellers like these from their platform.

Aucune explication à part les phrases type d'excuses qui ne me conviennent pas du tout. Malgré la beauté des articles , je déconseille ce vendeur qui n'est pas fiable.

United States | 10 September 2019I ordered numerous shirts. The quality of all the shirts was poor. Some were damaged, ripped and overall junk. I contacted the company to get a refund. They offered me less than 50% of what I paid back. I filed a complaint through PayPal. The company then offered me less than what they originally did. I declined and PayPal forced them to issue me a full refund. To add insult to injury the company had me ship the shirts to Hong Kong even though they shipped them from California. This increased my out of pocket expense to return them. Stay far away from this company and the poor quality of their items and customer service.

Germany | 08 September 2019Die beiden von mir bestellten Artikel haben nicht gepasst - eines zu groß, das andere zu klein....Rücksendung wurde erst nach einigen Tickets an den Kundendienst "genehmigt" und ein Rücksendeticket mit einer Adresse in Spanien geschickt. Sendung kam als "unzustellbar" zurück. Nochmals geschickt und seitdem nie wieder etwas von ROSEGALE gehört und natürlich auch keine Rückerstattung. Ich kann vor dieser Firma nur warnen !!!! Nie wieder !!!

United States | 08 September 2019I Love the cloths I got the swimsuits were almost perfect fit just how I wanted except for the bottoms on Plus Size Embroidered Ruffled Bikini Swimsuit I thought by the picture they where high waisted but they were not. The dresses I got where so soft and wonderful to wear I just wanted to buy more and more of them. And the Customer service was great the people were helpful and took their time to explain things to me when I had a package get lost in the mail and where quick to help me find something to replace it. I can't thank them enough and I can't stop telling my friends to check out Rose Gal. I love the size guides that tells me what size the piece of clothing im getting is in USA sizes it was a lifesaver and put my mind at ease as other sites don't do that and I usually get the wrong size.

After the initial automated responses, an agent replied adequately. Item wasn't available anymore, so Rosegal refunded me fully for the shirt without needing me to return the item. No complaints about service.
