I absolutely love Rosegal! Their clothes are greatly priced and good quality. I live in Canada and the shipping is usually very quick. I have placed a few orders and definitely plan to place more. I often order outfits about 2 weeks before an event and they arrive on time. I strongly recommend to check the size guide before ordering to be sure you get the correct size. I go by measurement in inches and haven’t had any problems. 👍🏻

After seeing some lovely items on Facebook I decided to buy myself three dresses, i received one which was a bit too big and as my other items hadn’t been despatched I thought I would then change my order to a size smaller and after talking to someone on messenger this was done for me and was told would take 9-15 days as the items weren’t in stock. I receive an email today saying that they are no longer available so will be issued with a refund. So why would they tell me that they would be back in stock. I am very disappointed as I am not going to get the items that I ordered. Will definitely not be using again.

Cute clothes, fast shipping and easy customer service. I really like ROSEGAL and have bought shirts, pants and too many cute dresses. The clothes are as described and sizing has been to US sizes.

J'ai jeté les articles car je ne vais pas depenser pour renvoyer à HG. Ils mettent dans leur description été et hiver juste pour se couvrir contre paypal. Comment pouvez vius mettre une robe légère pour le sol en hiver!! C'est une vraie bande de malhonnêtes! Ma première fois et dernière fois. Nachetez pas leur produit. Vous etes sur le bon site pour jeter de l'argent! Je suis encore en colère contre leur maniere de faire..

A fuir ! Pour une commande de 25,22 € j'ai dû payer 22€ de formalités douanières et 10,65€ de T.V.A pour l'import en Belgique.La commande initiale était normalement d'une valeur de 49,10 € somme que j'ai payé à la commande mais qui est incomplète, alors qu'ils indiquent sur leurs site: expédié totalement. J'aurai donc finalement payé pour 1 T-shirt et 1 chemise 81,75 €. A mourir de rire !

Customer service is very poor..I’ve emailed multiple times and now called and still never got the swimsuit I ordered nor a refund. I will never recommend Rosegal.com to anyone and definitely won’t order again myself. Disappointed- Jen

An update Rosegal was fast to respond to my review and definitely solved my concerns. They were able to earn my business back. I’ll definitely be ordering from them again. Love the quality of their products. Cuts are normally great and designed well for the plus size body. Unfortunately their customer service was less than satisfactory. I chatted in today about a defective item. One of the multiple items I purchased from them smells like dead fish on the faux leather part of the dress. First thing the agent asked me was if I was sure. I wouldn’t have contacted them unless it was an issue. When I inquired about the return policy I was advised that I’d be responsible for the return costs on a defective item. For how much the dress cost it’s pointless. I was still waiting for $150 worth of product that hadn’t shipped yet. I find it ludicrous that they much rather take a $150 hit than refund the dress which was $15. Sadly I will not be ordering from them again due to the return policy.

Rosegal has clothes, accessories, home items and much more that cater to everyone. Kids, women, men or any. Many sales, coupons and reward points to earn with purchases.

I cannot find such lovely items anyplace else locally in any store. But the best part is that the prices are lower than any of the unattractive items in the local stores. You can't get such beautiful and quality items for a low low price anyplace else. I do all of my shopping here now and don't even bother with the lines at the stores for cheaply made, outdated and unsightly merchandise.

I love ordering from rosegal!! The olothes are amazing and fit great. Follow the size chart for each item. I learned the hard way at first! My over all experience was great. And I would reccommend all my friends and family to use them! My only down fall is that it takes about 2 weeks to recieve my items.

I was amazed at Rosegal's variety of lovely designs and low prices, so decided to place my first order right away, although was a bit worried it could be just too good to be true. My order was processed and shipped pretty quickly but in two separate packages. The first parcel arrived after about three weeks and the second one was delayed, I even thought I woudn't receive it at all. However, I actually did, about a week later. All of the items were very good quality for the price, looked exactly like the photos on the site and were true to size. Well, I checked their measurements and size charts. Recently I received my 6th order from them and it's been a great experince so far. Must admit, I had some other issues but their customer service was very nice and helpful for me offering the best solution every time. The only drawback is they no longer provide free shipping but I'll definitely keep purchasing from this store, it's my favourite one!
