Ao far my experience with Rosegal has been positive. My order vame quickly ans moat of the items fit properly. The itema that didn't I gt a refund in the Rosegal wallet.Also, everytime I've reached out to customer service I've recieved a prompt and helpful answer. I will be ordering more ftom Rosegal.

The low prices caught my attention, I decided to take risks and I don't regret it. I bought 14 items and they arrived before the estimated date, the quality is very good, the items have been carefully packed. I love this store, no doubt I will buy again.

Rosegal has become a dream come true for me. I wear a size 16 and I am busty. Their clothes fits me so well. It makes me feel beautiful and sexy. Not to mention their selection is just amazing!! I have even ordered stuff for my Fiancé from the site that he absolutely loved. Their prices are so reasonable and they even give you coupons to help you out as well. Now it does take a little bit of time for it to get to you. It is very much worth the weight. Their customer service has been very helpful on a couple of occasions and they are very good about exchanges and responses !!! In all, Rosegal is an amazing find and I am obsessed!!!

Terrible customer service. I’ve ordered 3 times. The first, they lost in the warehouse, never received the item and they didn’t refund half of the money because their policy says no taxes or shipping get refunded. The second, only half the order shipped and after I paid they stated the other half was out of stock, so I didn’t get my full refund again. The third, they double charged me a month ago and then want screenshots and transaction IDs to get my money back,after I obliged, still waiting. The people are rude to me like I did something wrong. Take your money somewhere else! Update: they had the audacity to try and remove this comment saying I was promoting or advertising for someone else...pfffffft! You prey on less fortunate people....should be ashamed.

This company is awful! I ordered a blouse and waited to receive it. When I was finally able to track it past the initial start of process (when it left shipping facility) it stated that it was in my state and waiting to be shipped to my address. It stayed like that for 2+ more weeks and when I checked it again, it said it had been returned because of incorrect address. I was then able to see what address they had and they transposed the numbers of my address. When I emailed them about the error, they stated that I had put the incorrect address in. I have lived in the same place for 20+ yrs. No way would I put in an incorrect address. So I could pay more money for them to re-ship it...and they do not give refunds. I have learned my lesson...I accepted the financial loss, disappointment and will never buy anything from this company again!

Rosegal is a great place to purchase quality items at an amazingly discounted rate. The customer service is friendly and always very helpful. I have brought many different things on this site and they are exactly as they appear in images. I buy dressed for my wife and all the measurements and size charts are correct. The sent items are packaged well and time of arrival is close to what the site rate states. My wife loves this site and I do too.

Commande ZP1906251208487409 et commande ZP1907081910150268 je rencontre le même problème j'ai passé deux commande il y a 1 mois et il me manque toujours des articles je demande un remboursement depuis plusieurs jour sur ma carte de crédit car en plus j'avais pris livraison express avec frais d'assurance alors que sa fait 1 mois que j'attends !! Ils ne veulent pas me rembourser les sous sur ma carte mais veulent me donner des points je ne veux pas de leurs points je veux un remboursement sur ma carte ! Très déçu de leurs site vraiment

Site a fuir de toute urgence. Ma mère ayant commandé sur ce site basé au états-unis, les vêtements étant trop petit et il manque un pantalon dans la commande. Elle souhaite renvoyez le colis mais cest une galère sans fin le service client téléphonique est basé aux états-unis à Washington. Vive le hors forfait ! Nous les avons contactez par email en espérant une réponse. D'ici là je laisse 1 étoile. Si ça se passe bien je pourrais revoir la note. EDIT: Site à fuir encore plus après avoir fais un ticket au support je me suis dit que le problème aller être résolu mais ils sont supprimez mon ticket après quelques jours. Sans avoir résolu l'affaire..

I wouldn’t even pay a dollar let alone 55.00 for the shirts I received. Not only do they look nothing like the pictures but the quality is horrendous! I was so excited to order from this site and now I’m beyond frustrated that I literally flushed $55.00 down the toilet. I wouldn’t even where these around the house! Update: Talked to customer service who states I am responsible for shipping it back and paying for it before they will refund me. Asked to talk to a supervisor after going back and forth for 10 minutes. And this guy had the nerve to tell me all the supervisors and managers were on a business trip. This company is an absolute joke!

Bonjour Je suis très contente de ma commande Elle es conforme à ce que j ai vu sur le site Au niveau de la matière c est ce qu il faut et ce que j attendais, les couleurs sont éclatantes. Et la livraison a été très rapide (commande le 29/7/2019 reçu le 01/08/2019) Très bonne expérience je repasserais commande sans soucis 👍👍👍👍

Honestly, I don't like shopping online because if it doesn't fit you have to deal with the returns. Most online companies will send you a prepaid shipping label to ease the burden of returns. ROSEGAL is NOT one of those. Returns are at your own expense. They give you a few options to choose from for your returns but ultimately, you pay for anything you return. I will not purchase from them again. It is probably my fault for not reading all the fine print before ordering. However, a company that makes you pay to return is not WORTH supporting. I have also spent over a week back and forth with customer service to initiate a return. It took about 10 emails back and forth for me to get a return address to send my ill fitting dress to.... then it cost me $6 to mail it back. Just BEWARE of this if you choose to purchase. I will not be a returning customer. (In response to the Rosegal reply - as you can see - Rosegal is not getting the point. The point is that customers shouldn't have to pay for their returns - but all they are replying about is the fit of my return. Returns happen - no matter the sizing charts - everyone has different body types. ROSEGAL - the problem is that you make your customers pay for their returns!)

I love Rosegal so much!!! The clothes are always beautiful, and fit really well. I get so many compliments on clothes I order from here!!! Some items can take a while to arrive, but it is well worth the wait. Out of 20+ orders, I have only ever had a problem with one item, and the support team responded to communication very quickly and returned straight away. Love it!!!!

I love the vibrent colors, styles, and quality of the material that Rosegal uses. Their cloths are so comfortable. I've been a customer for a couple of years and plan to stay with them.

Ordered 6 t-shirts from this site. I received 2 t-shirts after 2 weeks and a further 2 t-shirts 2 weeks later. I chased up where the other t-shirts were and after 5 weeks, eventually got an email to advise the items were not in stock and I could either wait for them to come into stock or exchange them for something else. Fed up with them, I requested a refund for the two t-shirts I had not received to be told they couldn't do that. I advised them they would and eventually they agreed to refund the money. However, they refunded me $24 instead of £24 which meant I was out of pocket. Appalling customer service, the t-shirts I did get were not that great and I certainly will never use this site again. Now Rosegal are saying I didn't purchase from them and are asking for my review to be pulled. I have sent Trustpilot screen shots of my on line account showing I did purchase items from this company. Once again, Rosegal is showing poor customer service by calling me a liar. Disgusting.

Bisher sehr zufrieden. Die Größen stimmten mit den Maßtabellen überein und es gab keine Überraschungen. Das Tracking des Pakets funktioniert leider nicht einwandfrei, die Daten außerhalb Deutschlands werden verzögert dargestellt.Die Sachen werden häufog einzeln verschickt. Auch der Kundenservice war sehr gut. Trotz Sofortüberweisung wurde mir angezeigt, dass die Artikel nicht bezahlt wurden. Daraufhin habe ich direkt eine Email an den Kundenservice geschickt, innerhalb von 24 Stunden hatte ich eine freundliche Antwort und das Problem hatte sich schon erledigt.
