For the cheap prices I paid, I was not expecting much, but I am thoroughly impressed and excited about the products I ordered. Material was in great condition, they were exactly as pictured. For my future purchases I will likely size down, but the fit is great and I cannot wait to wear my swimsuits on vacation & in our pool!! I will definitely be buying more, and checking out the clothing as well! I will be sure to share about it on my social media and let everyone know they need to come check out Rosegal!! Worth the wait & time it took for everything to arrive.

Ukraine | 26 July 2019Nice shop, but not for my interest This shop is supposedly oriented for clothes, but I only bought cheap electronics from them as they have enormous discounts and also huge cashback. For example I bought USB lights for 0.01$ there. I also bought 1.5$ Wi-Fi adapter with antenna. I had trouble installing it in Windows 8 (works in Win10) - supplied CD had corrupted driver archive. I asked costumer support and they gave me link to Baidu file archive. Customer support web interface resembles that of Gearbest.com, so is their points system. Their choise of electronics is quite limited so I didn't order anything else.

Always made of nice, good material and elegant. 98% of items have got a good description regarding to like color, material, size as well as packed weight. Shipping & Return is descibed in detail. Prices are very nice for pockets. There is a lot of category coupons and event copupons so you only have to choose the right coupon for you:) Rosegal's mobile application has got a nice game too. You can win a some points which lower you order price :D. Moreover very personell is very helpful. For any questions or complaints, employees respond in 99% within 24 hours with detailed explanation or solution of problem.

I ordered 2 items from them and paid expedited shipping so it would arrive in 5 7 days. 3 weeks later it still hasn't arrived. I've gone back and forth with them several times. They sent me their tracking record which showed the package going EVERYWHERE but MY house. (It was a lie something they made up to placate me). Their last response was to offer to send the items again for an additional $10, or they would refund HALF of my money - HALF. I have learned my lesson No Rosegal for me

It was not what i saw on the picture, everything was nasty starting from the packaging. And when i posted a review. You guys replied and asked my order number to fix the issue, i sent it to you guys AGAIN even your response was a SCAM. You need to taker of you customers. Since we don't see you guys or your store is not a good way to SCAM peoples... Hope that peoples will read this before placing any ORDERS with you...

France | 18 July 2019Je rencontre le même problème j'ai passé une commande il y a 1 mois et il me manque toujours un article je demande un remboursement depuis plusieurs joursur ma carte de crédit car en plus j'avais pris livraison express 17euro de frais alors que sa fait 1 mois que j'attends !! Ils ne veulent pas me rembourser les sous sur ma carte mais veulent me donner des points je ne veux pas de leurs points je veux un remboursement sur ma carte ! Très déçu de leurs site vraiment

"They have a difficult job, don't make it harder for them," I say. Well today that unending patience ran out thanks to the kind folks at Rosegal. I can say beyond the shadow of a doubt that attempting to carry on what was supposed to be a simple conversation with the Rosegal team has proven to be the worst experience I've ever had in customer service. What could have been a brief and inconsequential exchange of information- "Actually, could I get that in a different color?" "Sure thing, no problem!" was instead a Sisyphean effort of receiving miscommunications on Rosegal's end, me steering the conversation towards productivity, and them outright refusing to be of any kind of feasible help. In response to a simple request, I was ignored, I received a litany of automatically generated responses that couldn't possibly be of any real assistance, and when they did bother to respond to me, they were inattentive, duplicitous, and uncompromising. I may be wrong, and I know I'm not, but I don't think it should take what is by my count 40 discreet exchanges over almost a month to settle a matter this simple. And if the blatant disregard for customer satisfaction or even just productive conversation weren't enough, Rosegal decided to add insult to injury. For all my efforts, for all the the grief they caused, they mustered up the kindness in their hearts to offer me 57 whole Rosegal points to be applied to my account. And for those unaware of the Rosegal economy's exchange rate, 57 RGP equates to $1.14. A single United States dollar. And fourteen American cents. When I informed them that this is in fact an insult to me as a consumer and person in general, they let me know that the offer could be taken or left, thank you and goodbye, can't wait to see you again at Rosegal.com. Rosegal either doesn't care about its customers, or their sheer ineptitude prevents them from conducting what even the most generous could call a respectable business. I caution anyone against giving Rosegal a single dime, unless you possess deep within you the desire to verbally wrestle with a rep whose unabashed apathy rivals only that of the incessant customer service AI. You'd be better spent throwing your money down into a dark, uncaring, bottomless pit that also had the ability to punch you in the boob. Thanks, Rosegal! See you again at Rosegal.com! 🌹

United States | 18 July 2019I ordered 2 swimsuits off of here and they finally both arrived. I love them both, but the issue i have is i paid extra for 8 to 15 day shipping amd made my order on june 11th. The first swim suit arrived on july 6th, so like 25 days instead of the promised 8 to 15, and the second arrive on July 16th, so 35 days after the purchase, even though it was supposed to be here in no more than 15 days. So if you're ordering on here and need your package by a certain time I'd make sure to order at least 2 months in advance.

Netherlands | 17 July 2019Hier nog een slechte ervaring. Ik heb op 7 juni een bestelling geplaatst en tot op heden niet ontvangen. Dus contact opgenomen met de klantenservice via Facebook. Het tracking systeem laat zien dat het pakketje in Nederland is, maar niemand weet waar. En ik moest zelf maar gaan informeren bij het lokale post depot. Dus ik heb nog gevraagd: DHL, DPD, UPS, Post NL? Overigens bij het ophaalpunt van Post NL hebben ze het pakketje nooit gezien. Van de klantenservice krijg ik nu het volgende bericht: ‘We are sorry for this inconvenience and that you have yet to receive your item. It has passed the deadline to reship your package. In this case, the package was destroyed by the local Customs which is something we have no control over. Unfortunately these kinds of losses are beyond our control. The shipping agent is responsible for this loss.We regret to inform you that there is no compensation in such case. Once again we apologize for any inconvenience caused.’ Oftewel: jammer, geld kwijt en pakketje kwijt. Lekker makkelijk. Zal mij benieuwd of het sowieso wel is opgestuurd. Voelt als oplichting.
