I have bought many things from Rosegal with the first order I had some trouble with customer service and having to return/exchange, but in the end everything worked out. It took a few items to figure out what size I needed. I typically wear a 3X, but have found that most everything I order from them has to be 5X, which is OK. They have soooo many options in 5X that I have a hard time only getting a few things at a time. Most everything is under $25 and is really nice quality. I had not been able to find a bathing suit top that I like let alone loved. I purchased one from Rosegal and it fit like it was made just for me. Very comfortable, soft and sexy. Most companies must think if you are over a size 10 you don't want clothing that is sexy and still covers the fluffy parts. I recently purchased an outfit to wear at the Daytona 4th of July race. It was a red, white & blue tank top and capris with red, white & blue ruffles at the bottom. I got so may compliments on the capris. People thought I made them myself, that is how unique they were. The entire outfit was comfortable even in the FL heat and was less than $40 for the entire outfit. I have ordered a few more items last week, including another tankini. We will be going on a cruise next year and I plan on getting a few more outfits and dresses to take with us. I would absolutely recommend Rosegal to anyone, but especially for those women that are on the fluffy side.

How can I rate less that 1 star? Clearly I'm not the only person this company f*cks around, now that I've read some similar reviews. The return process is a joke. They obviously stall you with emails with useless information just to push you past the 30 day return date. And their website is obviously designed to derail your return process too. In the 'order number' box for returns they have it set up so you can't type any numbers in there. And wouldn't you know, you can't send the email without the order number. Then after I send an understandably frustrated message, they send back a message that snubs me and say they're closing the conversation. Zero customer service. DO NOT buy from Rosegal! They're deadbeat scammers.

After trying for weeks via emails and phone calls you want to give me the "correct" instructions on how to return my daughter's bathing suit!! Obviously, I am outside the 30 day return window since you delayed my return by not responding to my emails. I called on 3 separate occasions and was told to send an email to support @rosegal.com. i was also given a ticket number but no instructions on how to return the item. Now I can't return it. I will reiterate what I posted on my last review, I will never buy from Rosegal again.

I really was impressed by the timely response of receiving my purchase. You can rate me as a very happy satisfied customer. I will also recommend others to make purchases as well. Thank you for your services.

Sooo, I have a big rack and a really hard time finding something that fits and holds all of my goodies up top. I feared I wasn’t going to be able to fit into the top piece of the swimsuit I ordered from Rosegal. So I was already dreading having to return the item before it even arrived. Then it showed up the next day, I tried it on and fell in love!!! I am so grateful for Rosegal being able to blow my mind! <3

Although I did have to order 2 sizes bigger then I usually order I do just love my blouse. It is beautiful and delivered so fast. There communication was great also.

Feel scammed! They advertise with so many awesome coupon codes but I had no opportunity to enter the coupon code during checkout with PayPal. Messaged customer service to ask for help and was told to try my coupon next time! There won’t be a next time since it’s a scam. Tons of cute choices but I’m disappointed with checkout and customer service so far.

Super easy and simple shopping..returns are no problem!

I never usually write reviews, if I did leave one for every item of clothing I order it would be far too time consuming! However, I really feel that I should on this occasion. I was almost put off ordering from here due to having read reviews, however, I ordered 2 tankini swimsuits in the hope everything would be fine. They arrived in less than 2 weeks, fit perfectly to the measurements they give and look exactly how they do on the website. Being honest the quality is not absolutely brilliant, nothing wrong with it though; considering I’ve found 2 swimsuits I absolutely love (which has been near impossible in the past) that is not a problem. Thank you Rosegal, I am holiday ready!!

I'm happy with the clothes. I don't have the budget to buy designer clothes, and I don't like the chain store clothes, so this is a happy middle. And yes they are slow at shipping, but they keep you informed every step of the way. They were responsive and honest on the support line. I think they have the hurdle of having clothes made and shipped overseas, and they built their business model around compensating for that shortcoming. I agree that the clothes run small. Get 2 sizes bigger than you are. If you're a 1x, get a 3x.

I love Rosegal .com...sorry this is the third review I've I've done and I mean everything I type. Sure I've encountered a few bumps in the road regarding the trendy shirts and plus size lingerie I've ordered but Rosegal made good on what they said they'd do to keep me a happy loyal customer. That I am a very happy and totally satisfied customer. I ordered a dress for a specific event...it fit perfectly and I got complimented by family and people I was meeting for the first time.

I have loved almost everything I have ordered from Rosegal. The few things that didn't fit me right, they refunded my money after I sent the items back (the return shipping was my expense, which I didn't really like.) I ordered 2 swimsuits that did not fit me and they wouldn't accept them back because of hygiene issues but they did end up refunding my money and letting me keep the items, which I was very pleased with. Everything has fit great and has been really cute and great material. The customer service I have received from them has been great. The one thing I wish they would improve on is shipping times. You have to wait quite a while for your items.

I ordered several items from Rosegal. Thought they had a great selection as well as prices. The items were delivered in 2 separate shipments. It took over a month to get everything i ordered. Then the return process is a total pain to deal with! I ordered extra large bottoms. Two of them fit like they were extra small, not even close to the way the others fit. You have to tell them which items you are returning. I returned 3 items. Other items that didn't fit right i just gave to Goodwill. Not worth the hassel of the return process. Won't order from them again and definitely won't recommend them.
