Les articles sont magnifique mais les services sont très peux professionnel!!! J'ai passé une commande de maillot de bain en avril on ma encaissé des frais de port ainsi que le maillot de bain, hors je n'ai toujours pas réceptionné mon maillot de bain, pour ma part je suis très déçu je ne commanderais plus même si les articles me plaise beaucoup.

J'ai passé une commande le 18 juin et payé un supplément de 18$ pour une livraison dans les 5 jours. Ma commande est un article très saisonnier. J'ai déjà envoyé un message à la Rosegal qui promet une réponse dans les 24 heures, nous sommes 72 heures plus tard (sans compter le weekend) et toujours aucune réponse. Voilà une entreprise à éviter à tout prix

commande passée le 8 avril 2019 payée avec paypal ... suivi de mon colis a Hong kong après impossible de le tracé ... écrit 2 fois comme mon colis allait en «belgique plus long de livraison que les 2 semaines prévue ... 2 juillet 2019 je les ai contactée par téléphone unilingue anglophone et encore je suis pas parfaitement bilingue et je parlais mieux qu'elle ... Et sa solution que je réécrive au support de Rosegal ...J'ai contacté ma banque canadienne les informés et il font un suivi ils ont 100 jours maximum pour répondre a ma banque après et bien je gagne par défaut j'ai fait affaire avec WIsh j'ai jamais eu de souci ... alors Rosegal terminé a évité ... et Facebook devrait arrêter leur association avec eux car moi la situation comme je la vois est que j'ai été fraudée ... voilà Lyne Gratton

J’ai passée commande le 24/06/2019 et j’ai été débité toute de suite sauf que je n’ai pas reçu de confirmation sur mon adresse mail, et je n’a Pas à suivre ma commande car sur mon espace client c’est Marqué 0 commande, et je ne peux même pas les contacter car il faut sélectionné une commande pour tout réclamation... pourtant j’ai la preuve paypal avec le numéro de commande...je les ai comme même envoyé un email via paypal sans aucune réponse... je regrette vraiment ma commande... commande numéro :ZP1906241631479126

Used to be a nice site but now they price gouge everyone with shipping fees! I wont order there again unless they change shipping to free or a reasonable rate.

I placed my first order with Rosegal on 13/05/2019, and there was a stock issue with one item however the support team did not hesitate to help resolve the issue. I had a partial shipment and there was no issue to refund the outstanding amount for that one item. The clothing arrived fast, and the measurements were 100% correct. Enjoyable shopping experience!

Пожалуй, это самый отстойный интернет-магазин из всех существующих.Это даже не магазин, а китайская шарашкина контора, впаривающая барахло очень плохого качества по завышенным ценам и способная вести диалог только в русле "моя твоя не понимай".Сайт не доработан.При оплате заказа деньги снялись, но всплыло окошко:"не удалСЬ платеж.Пожалуйста, оплачивайте ещё раз".Пришлось отменить платёж и вернуть деньги через банк.Но, через пару дней, деньги с карточки снялись волшебным образом, а мне пришло радостное письмо из этого магазина, что мой заказ отправлен. КАК такое могло произойти? Не от того ли, что так много личных данных при регистрации? Не знаю. Дальнейшая переписка со службой поддержки магазина-это разговор слепого с глухим."Мне не нужен ваш товар, я отменила заказ на сайте"-"Спасибо что вы наша магазина, продолжайте платить"..Вот и поговорили...Плюнула, и пошла забирать посылку(деньги-то уже уплачены).Из трёх заказанных позиций пришло две вещи.Качество китайское в худшем смысле этого слова.На ярлычках один размер, по факту-одна вещь размера на три меньше, вторая-на пять размеров больше.Возврат, а точнее, его обработка в этом магазине-23$. Это дороже, чем присланные две тряпки.Выброшенные деньги.Рекомендация одна-обходить стороной подобные магазины.

Thank god i only bought 1 shirt. I wanted to find a site where I can order my clothes. I order an extra large. I swear it wouldnt fit a 5 year old. It wasnt a mistake on there part. It was not even close to an extra large..why even ask someone the size when your just gonna send something totaly different..what a waste of time and money..and what do u think im gonna waste more time sending it back ..dont waste your time ordering from this site. Trust me it wont fit..

I BOUGHT 5 BATHING SUITS! TERRIBLE QUALITY! MADE VERY POORLY AS WELL! I STRONGLY URGE EVERYONE TO READ THROUGH MY WHOLE REVIEW BEFORE BUYING FROM THESE FOLKS! THEY WILL DO THIS TO YOU WEATHER IT IS A UNDER GARMENT OR A T-SHIRT! THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY BACK! WISH I HAD READ THE REVIEWS FIRST! 1 out of 5 bathing suits fit properly. All 4 high waisted suits were more like a "1XL" instead of the "L" I ordered. I spent over $100 and they will only offer $34 back. for 1 of the suits they are giving no credit at all because I chose the wrong size. Whats the difference in them being to big and me choosing one in the wrong size? Either way none of them fit and on top of all that the protective lining is still in all 4 and I tried them on with under garmmets!The wiring in the tops poke out majorly! I believe their size chart is way off because they should have fit! Also, I would understand the policy a little better if they would refund all of my money and give me at least a full store credit! I contacted them threw their return department and was told ..... Their reponce: We are extremely sorry for this inconvenience. We are committed to resolving this case to your satisfaction. only half my order came. Their customer service is terrible. The contact function in the ap is awful and times out too quickly to actually resolve customer service issues and there is no way to retrieve the conversation later. I would give one star, but the item I did receive was cute. next time I'l save my money and buy from amazon

This place is a fraud!!! I urge EVERYONE do not shop with them. I ordered a bathing suit with them using pay pal in hopes to get the bathing suit within 2 weeks. I noticed this method still said pending so I asked customer service how could I get the bathing suit quicker they then told me to the order using a credit card and wait 5 days and ask for a refund for the other so of course I listened and 5 days passed the money from the first account got taken out of my account so I reach back out to them NOW they are falsely lying stating that they never received payment for this bathing suit so I can’t get my refund. I have sent them PROOF of my bank statements showing that the money was taken out of my account so they have received payment but nope they are falsely lying and do not want to give me back my money for the first order. The money is clearly out of my account they see the proof and want to lie and say they haven’t received payment from my bank when my bank has told me they have received it. so now I am out $50+ dollars and guess what the reordered bathing suit they told me to reorder to get to me in two weeks someone told me that it would NOT get here in two weeks so I was falsely given information on that as well. Definitely some fraud activity going on and I will be seeking legal action.

I definitely recommend rosegal.com for a decent online purchase. There was a couple issues, but the majority of my order was great. Any issues I did have were fixed by staff, using the Support Center, they are fast and polite and helpful with the questions I had.

I love the site. It has a very wide variety of items, and plenty of clothing styles to choose from. The prices are moderately cheap as well. There are many sales and promotions. Most items ship, and arrive, very quick. I had a problem with only one item. I ordered it just as it was running out of stock. I ended up waiting almost two months before it arrived because we had to wait for the company to supply more. Rosegal support was sympathetic, and got the order processed as soon as it came in. The customer support options are a bit limited, so I hope they update their support system to give more options for customers with questions.

I had ordered a swimsuit! Honestly, it's one of the best looking swimsuits I've owned, and it actually fits my body type very well. My only complaint would be that I had ordered it at the beginning of summer, and it did take over a month to receive.
