Good communication & speed

If I'm being brutally honest I wasn't expecting the extremely fast and efficient service provided by Pepper Money, which is a welcome change from my previous experiences of arranging a sub-prime mortgages. The underwriter (Sahid?) called me on a couple of occasions to discuss certain points about the documentation that I had uploaded, and without having to 'force' the issue, accepted my answers without it feeling like an interrogation! Keep up the great work, I shall be using you guys again!!

I like the fact you have people dealing with a case who remain dealing with the case and they actually speak with the broker. The system is updated very quickly when a new document is uploaded. Overall you are doing a great job and there is little in the way of competition as far as service is concerned.

As usual, excellent service from Pepper from initial enquiry to completion. Well Done!

Stephanie Liadi worked extremely hard on the last case I submitted, whereby the valuation came back Nil requiring specialists reports which the client got completed. Pepper requested the works to be carried out prior to completion (client did not have funds until his house sale gone through ) Steph referred the case to 'the powers that be' and they agreed with her ....the offer has now been produced with conditions of works to be carried out 90 days after completion. Good result for myself and most of all the client, as this would have been the 5th property they would have had to pull out on ! Thanks Steph

Tom Gwilliam is always super helpful and efficient, whenever I have a query regarding a client or product, he responds to my emails within the hour and welcomes a phone call to discuss further. I'm extremely happy with the way Pepper Money have dealt with a complex case of mine which would have been a real struggle to place anywhere else. The service was rapid, with every piece of submitted information reviewed by an underwriter well within 24 hours. The underwriter also called me directly on a couple of occasions to clarify things quickly, and as a result we have a very happy pair of clients who were nervous about their mortgage application. Excellent service and process, which in turn improves the service I can provide to my clients.

I found being able to speak to the underwriter dealing with the case really helpful. The case I submitted was for vulnerable clients, and Hugh Lewis at Pepper Money was helpful and adapted the service to meet their needs.

Very easy to deal with.

Needed a quick offer for a client who had had bad credit and had only been a director of the firm for 12 months.Leon Nur took on the case. The communication with Leon was excellent allowing me to update the client regularly. They went out of their way to get this done for the client. Brilliant service, really efficient. They may not be competing with the high street for rates but when you need an offer for a tricky case they are great.

My client is already a Pepper money mortgage account holder yet we have had to go through  a valuation procedure and even worse a full conveyance procedure??? This surely cost money which seams non sensical in this day and age  and puts money into the pocket of solicitors  unnecessarily  (one thing I hate anything to do with.      why are we having to do all  this unnecessary work ?
