I was given advice on which bifold doors to order and was kept updated throughout the process.I am really pleased with the doors,it has cut down on my heating bills as I am able to now separate my room when it gets cold.

Good quality doors. Good delivery. Only down 1 start because I wanted a finished glass door and there wasn't one for the size I needed so I had to get an unfinished door. I wanted the door to match my others that I got from here also.

I was very pleased with being able to call first to check fitting requirements. The door arrived as scheduled. We are very pleased with it and our builder had no problems with fitting.

Good after sales. When there were missing pieces they sent out a replacement straight away, they were delivered within a few days. A little difficult to get hold of on the phone though.

The wrong tracks supplied with the door costing a call out charge for the joiner. Replacement track not scheduled for delivery for over 2 weeks and then delivery cancelled on the day again. Refused to replace damaged door frame despite providing evidence of damage. A very poor customer service altogether.

Also trade as Doors & More, fail to deliver, courier doesn't turn up then delays delivery by a week despite charging for the service.

Excellent customer service and product delivery. Really helpful over the phone and even when the wrong colour handle was sent they sorted it straight away and couriered a replacement out quickly. Would recommend 100%. The doors look fantastic and turned up quickly in excellent condition.

Lovely doors as expected! Delivered with no dents or scratches top notch. Just when fitting there isn't enough lipping. 20mm may sound alot but it really isn't. Each stile should be solid really. If it wasn't for the client who wanted these particular doors I would have looked for some solid pine doors as I wouldn't have had this problem. Great service great company but your doors need more lipping!

Doors were delivered on time and we did have slight issues with the wrong handle being sent but this was rectified immediately

Worst experience I have ever had with a company. I ordered 'in-stock' doors on January 17th. After nearly two weeks of silence, I reached out to check on the status of my order and was told the supplier would contact me in the "next couple of days" to arrange delivery. They didn't. When I chased again, I was told there was no update. As a result, I responded to cancel the order on February 3rd due to urgency and ordered doors from elsewhere. Two days later, they came back stating that part of the order was shipped (without any prior notification and in spite of the fact that I had cancelled the order prior to delivery) and that I would need to take it up with the courier (who I had no details for). Now, nearly a month after cancelling this order, I still have unwanted doors sitting in my living room taking up a huge amount of space, no refund, and an endless string of unhelpful emails with no solutions or ownership from the company. They're a pointless middleman with no control over stock, deliveries, or returns. They serve no purpose and should not be in business. Do not buy from them - you will regret it.
