Easy to order, good communication and delivery. Doors were in good condition and look lovely. Also very happy with the free handles and fittings. Very pleased with everything and would buy from here again.

Ordered doors and paid for quick delivery. Which eas thw following week. I was given the date for when I booked my carpenter in. The night before was told they will not be delivered the following day amd to wait for another date. 2 weeks later they arrived. I wouldn't of minded, but I used this company as they had speedy delivery and I booked my carpenter it to hand the doors. So I ended up having to pay him too!

From all the online door shops your prices for a like for like identical door made by the same manufacturer comes out on top, most of the time. Although free delivery on everything not just over £750 would be even better and as a result would be a definite 5* from me.

Very good, robust and well made shaker style doors. Good size options and undercoated ready for painting. Easy to order and fast delivery albeit quite an expensive delivery charge. However, they arrived on time and as arranged.

I ordered a set of external heritage doors just before Christmas and they were delivered on Friday, I have to say the doors look great and the guys delivering them was super helpful!

Not sure what happened when our builder ordered the door and it didn't arrive but as soon as I got in touch with the girls in customer services it was sorted immediately. Kept me up to date always answered my questions and we now have the door! Brilliant thankyou

Very poor service and difficult to get hold of. A week after placing my order, they emailed to let me know that the doors were not in stock. Because I had the trades booked in, I opted for different doors that were in stock and they said they would have them shipped out. The company then ignored my emails and phone calls for a week and finally called the following week saying they had no stock and they were going to cancel the order. Waste of time.
