The connection to the exam took quite a bit of effort, but the support staff was very knowledgeable and patient.

Examiners were all helpful and professional. Unfortunately the room I was set up in was not acceptable and they gave me time to relocate/ re set up.

my overall experience with PeopleCert for my ITIL V4 Foundation course online exam was really great. I was initially little worried as first time I was sitting for such certification exam that was conducted remotely but their instructions were flawless and so was the personal proctor who was assigned for myself. Thanks and keep up your service level bar high!

I had technical issues with the training material, the help I received was very poor quality, including the language skills of the helpdesk and I'm a foreigner so I do understand accents generally. I had to call twice and email multiple times to resolve the issue, which technically was a workaround type of resolution. After almost a week I was giving access to PeopleCert training material, which was a completely different platform and was very confusing and not easy to follow at all. The day of the exam I was given access to a eBook by Axelos (why so late? The book seemed very well put together and I believe it would make a huge difference if given at the beginning of the studying). The test itself was fine and apart from a very long waiting time for the proctor to "see" me I don't have any complaints. I passed the test on the first attempt (32 out of 40), but I don't believe it was because of the materials provided by PeopleCert. The test needs to be done by PeopleCert (why is this the only company? Monopoly laws don't apply?), but for studying materials I would recommend Value Insight or someone like that.

Was very easy to start the exam and the proctor was very straight forward on the requirements.

If you have prepared well, you will pass. I studied and also had a course for this and it went well

My experience with PeopleCert was excellent! From my trainer, Ken Goff, to my email enquiries with Valeria and Makis, and the exam facilitator (whose name I unfortunately forgot due to nerves), it was a first-class experience. There were no technical issues on the day of my exam, and I had ample supporting information with no need to seek details outside the course material provided by PeopleCert.

I really appreciated the support, the roadmap to getting a certification and the exam experience. I wish there was an easier way to post our certifications to linkedin.

Each time I needed to perform a password reset, I needed to contact customer support. There were issues with tying my account to the voucher I used. It was a nightmare to get to the point where I could schedule a test.

PeopleCert requires and stores a lot of Personally identifiable information (PII), including: Name Address Phone Email Birthday Driver's License Number This is everything a hacker needs for identity theft. When (not if) PeopleCert is breached, I am at risk. I understand that PeopleCert needs this to identify me while I take a test, but the PII should be deleted the moment it is no longer needed.

Getting into the exam was quite challenging. I don't know if the issues were on my end but I didn't start my test until 40 minutes after the scheduled time. The person who helped me was great. The online format of the test was fine. No issues once I got into the exam.

Joining for course accessing matrials etc was fine no issues BUT joining the exam was a nightmare I left plenty of time and ensured I completed the form and id the day before but could not get in was just getting cant load message for over 30 minutes. The chat resolved instantly with a new link but getting to the chat was not easy you had to log in and find it that too

Good experience on my Exam as well as on online access to ebooks, and other training material. Friendly staff during the Exam. Room for improvement: Waiting time before the Exam. Just give some more information's as well as estimations. Needed to wait quite long (8mins) after predicted start time, till an examiner connected. Also the pre-exam preparation documentation is partly outdated (some documents aren't synchronized in their message). But overall that's not an issue for the examinee.

both the exam and the mock exam worked very smoothly. it would be useful to have a more detailed breakdown of the wrong answers in the mock exam to improve the review ahead of the real exam.
