Excellent program. Very responsive staff. Prep materials were more than adequate. And I appreciate the effort put into proctoring the exam to maintain the quality of the certification, very important.

I was not overly impressed by the fact that my connection kept getting lost and this resulted me joining the exam 30 minutes late. I am glad you were able to still conduct my exam, but the delay stressed me out. It perhaps needs to be clearer that using corporate laptops may not work.

The course was perfectly designed for taking it virtually. The exam was also virtual, very convenient. Highly recommended to take it with an instructor, makes the difference to work some examples with people from different backgrounds.

So far very unimpressed with PeopleCert, unable to undertake a course as it has broken links and it's seemingly it's a complex problem? Happens on Edge, DuckDuckGo, different laptops, and other devices. A useless chat service where the agents are not trained in effective customer service nor have the backing or detail from leadership to give out the right information. When I asked for a telephone number, I was given a customer service number to ring (area code Greece), I'm in the UK! According to the chat agent, there 'isn't another number'. After finding a London number for PeopleCert on Google, via the website (eventually), I waited 30mins for the phone to be answered - at least she was apologetic, although pointed me to a form to put in a complaint! I feel PeopleCert have just taken my money for something that doesn't work, no updates, no help. Website is appalling, not helpful for 'help' and in looking at some of the reviews including the one on the Google page (customer not getting issue fixed) I wish I'd looked at them before. Oh and while I'm here "Trainings" tab is not grammatically correct. Rubbish, useless company hiding behind forms and chat, not investing in their people and not caring about customers.

Scrutinizing the exam venue for almost 20 minutes was ridiculous just to prevent cheating. I had to move my laptop around an entire floor to convince the proctor. I have completed many IT certification exams online without any issues. PeopleCert was terrible.

Website impossible to navigate. Cannot find out how to book exam. Online help has no answers. Youtube video 5 minutes long is too small to read. Phone helpline engaged. An utter waste of human time and life!

Very clunky and unstable . The pre checks requested by the email, doesn't work on certain industry leading browsers. It only works up to 24 hours before the exam. Before, during and after the exam, the background noise from the moderators made them very hard to hear when giving instructions. Chat responses to issues were slow saying average wait time was 2 minutes and I gave up after 23 minutes. During the exam, the system crashed, the moderator blamed my WiFi at my end despite the fact it had been working all day and after the exam and I could demonstrate broadband speed test was working! We had to use mobile hotspot which also didn't work. After sometime the exam then restarted and were able to progress to completion. The error provided was the account was suspended, it might have been better to give an indication of why and suggest other options rather than waiting for the moderator. At the end of the exam, I am not sure why feedback is mandatory, as I just wanted the result. Once I had the result, I wasn't able to close out until a moderator who took few minutes to advise you that the exam is closed. A good video explaining what is required would have been useful to understand what the moderator would require us to do would have been useful. A reminder that you don't do the compatibility test until 24 hours before the exam should be put up when trying it 24 hours before. All in all it worked, but I spent more time in the prep immediately before the exam, sorting out the system, trying to understand the moderator than I did the exam itself.

Being my first time doing an online exam, the rules and guides seemed a little daunting. However, there was a great how to section which also helped troubleshoot. The support was quick to get back and resolve issues and the examiners themselves supportive and friendly.

The initial proctor did not fully explain properly how I should be sharing my entire screen. They just told me to click the share button and the entire screen tab without telling me that I needed to scroll down with the little teeny (which you should make larger) arrows until I saw the small image (again make this larger) of my desktop/entire screen and that I should click on that. The second proctor (after I closed the browser I was in and tried opening the exam page in a new browser because that is what the first proctor told me to do) was better and explained that I needed to click on the small image of my entire screen. Then everything worked correctly.

My instructor Denis Esslinger made this experience 5 stars. He is very knowledgeable of the material but more importantly he knows how to explain it so that the student will be knowledgeable as well. When ever I need anymore certification I will definitely try to see if I can get his class.

The guideline for the exam was quite well and sufficient and while taking exam I felt no pressure. I really appreciate adding 15 minutes to the exam time for non-native applicants.
