The Oxbridge enrolment process was made easy by support line handlers, who were speedy, efficient and knowledgable throughout my course. Teresa Elliot, my tutor, was nothing short of fantastic! The guidance, encouragement and professionalism she should, throughout my time, was amazing. She replied to my many emails, quickly, efficiently and thoroughly. She was able to assist me in so very many ways, often at times when I was struggling or feeling stressed, through showing great subject knowledge and kindness. The reassurance and dedication she showed me was of such importance, she really did go above and beyond, ensuring I was able to progress through each unit with advice when I needed it. I can’t thank her enough.

I took the level 3 Criminology course. I enjoyed the course information. Even more so, I appreciated the feedback from the graders. I took each correction and positive feedback to heart and I feel that it's shaped me into a competent, academic researcher thanks to their guidance. The best I've ever received. Thank you.

We have found this company utterly awful. My daughter's tutor rarely replied to emails and she was unable to access her mock exam as it just gave an error code. Her tutor ignored her emails asking for help with this. We have now found out that they had not entered her for her exam despite her paying the fees up front and are refusing a refund. She is devastated and will lose her place at uni thanks to this so called heartless unhelpful online college. The woman on the phone had attitude and was borderline sarcastic. My daughter is devastated. The college claims she cannot be entered late but this is not true. None the less they are refusing to help. The woman on the phone let it slip that my daughter is not the only one this has happened to. There is no process to check that students who have paid their exam fees have been entered to the exam, they also open and close their exam registration slots much earlier than is usual. It IS possible to enter a student for an exam up until the last day before an exam but they are just 'computer says no'. I have had a morning of blocking, unhelpful, borderline unkind and uncaring attitude and incorrect information. I hope that the other parents in the same position read this advice that I have found out - If your child was not registered in time by Oxbridge to sit their exam you can apply to any local college to sit the exam as a private entry. Late entries are much more expensive but at least this gives you more hope than "there's nothing we can do " and " it was on the portal". Sadly, so was the link to her mock exam and that didn't work either and no one could have cared less - it was just oh well, it doesn't matter that she missed the mock exam - Actually YES it does matter - we PAID for a service, we paid for an experience and we paid for the tutor feedback. Total waste of money and time with people who just have no interest or concern for the young people on their books they just want the money. AVOID

Everything you need to know for your course is included in the course material provided by Oxbridge. My course tutor, Daryl Oxbridge was always helpful and had a wealth of knowledge and experience that I was able to draw upon. Working with Oxbridge and with my tutor has been a positive experience.

I took the Level 3 Counselling Diploma Course, and I have to say that I am very satisfied with the course materials and the level of engagement expected throughout the course. My mentor, Ms Kelly Pearson, was very helpful and kind throughout the course, and tutors grading my work, particularly Jaki Bedingham, were very expeditive and insightful with their feedback. All my work was graded within 1-2 days, even though the allocated timeframe for grading is 2 weeks. I never had to wait this long for grading, which meant that I did not have to stress about making the course on time. All in all, a great experience and am already looking into my next course with Oxbridge!

I took the French iGCSE course which was straight forward and assignments geared up to include questions like you would be asked in an exam. The tutor was excellent -always got back to me quickly and gave me extra help with French speaking and helpful advice over regular zoom calls.

Following James’ review, I also paid £800 for a course with no exams that had 12 modules required to be completed in 12 months. You are given the chance for 3 submissions which often take 2 weeks to mark, and all feedback was vague and was never mentioned in assignment criteria. When I resubmitted, I was given almost more negative feedback than my previous submission. You aren’t taught anything, it’s all left up to you with no help from tutors. Haven’t received anything higher than a pass on any of my tasks in assignments despite following feedback and resubmitting almost instantly. The next assignments are locked until you receive a concrete grade for the previous one you’ve just submitted, meaning you are stuck waiting for up to 42 days (up to 14 days per submission) to get access to your next assignment. This is extremely inconvenient and leads to you becoming behind very quickly, making it a harsh reality that you may not receive your qualification as you can wait for up to a month for marking to be fully completed. Holding students back for up to a month when they are already on a tight schedule to get a unit completed a month is ridiculous and leads me to believe they don’t want you to pass the course. Despite being given links in feedback to help you in your next submission, you are still being told that you’ve not done it correctly even though that was the marker’s direct feedback. If you follow the links to a T and write everything that is asked, they just find more for you to include even though you are given a maximum word count. My confidence has been knocked tremendously since moving to online school with this company as I used to receive bright grades and plenty of help even on the smallest of topics. Now, I am incredibly behind and sit around for weeks waiting for my next submission to come back that only makes me feel worse as I can give my all to an assignment and be hit with a pass despite feedback saying how much I have improved and how it was great to mark. They also want to charge me for another submission despite me letting them know one of my submissions was a mistake as the files had been copied under the same name, meaning I accidentally sent a previous submission twice. I corrected this mistake and resubmitted but have still not received a grade and I have still (after a month from my first submission) not got access to my next assignment and now need to get in contact to get it unlocked. When asking for where I am going wrong in assignments, I am told that I cannot be helped as that would be “doing my assignment for me”. The powerpoints are vague and are the only information you are given per unit. This is not okay when you are spending nearly a grand for this course and you still want people to pay extra for submissions. Since their response, they now claim it is inaccurate. I waited 12 days for my resubmission marking (which was the submission that had been an accidental resubmission of the same assignment). This submission had no changes yet still took around 11-12 days to get back to me. This is almost 2 weeks of me being unable to access my next assignment, which would allow me to catch up. Locking assignments in my opinion is pointless, as it does not allow students to get ahead with their work. Someone like me, who is primarily in online education, is genuinely stuck waiting for up to two weeks with nothing to do. If the assignments were unlocked, I could actually be confident and not be constantly stressing that I won’t make it in time to get my qualification. These marking times I understand to an extent, but they are legitimately holding students back. Instead of keeping them locked, allow students to access assignments while they wait for previous ones to be marked. I do not find my review inaccurate, as Oxbridge advertised it as unlimited support. Apart from the occasional questions I email my tutor, I do not receive any actual help. I understand how much this course is worth, but in-person college offered much more help for free and did not make me wait this long for my assignments. Please take into consideration that I rely on this company for my qualification and education, and leaving me waiting for the times you have disclosed in your response is not beneficial to me. This course was extremely expensive, so I believe I have the right to review my experience with this company and be as honest as possible. I have copy and pasted a grade depictor for Unit 2: Pass: Makes reasoned conclusions about customer service based on appropriate information. Merit: Makes reasoned and well-balanced conclusions about customer service based on the information. Distinction: Makes well-reasoned and balanced conclusions on customer service, which inform future developments. THAT is what I am given for £800. No wonder I am complaining.

Awful company. Paid a lot of money for a course that advertised unlimited support, and suitable for over 16s. Pretty much left to your own devices. Tutors don’t help much, course documents full of grammatical and spelling mistakes. Expected to complete 12 modules in 12 months but every time you submit one module the rest is locked down for up to 2 weeks meaning you can’t access most of the information. Once submitted they give feedback which is follow it still only get a pass. Would never use them again. Have emailed a complaint but not heard anything hence the review.

This review is specifically about the telephone support we received for a special consideration enquiry. The handler, Kelly, did an excellent job to be responsive, provide great advice and above all showed sincere empathy for our situation. In addition Jack provided clear succinct information on the curriculum and assessment. It allowed us to make informed decisions and to help our student move forward. We really appreciate the support. We do note, the rest of the experience of Oxbridge has not met this same bar.

Oxbridge has been a brilliant support to my daughter through her A-Levels! She has received her results and is very pleased. Their support team has been nothing but helpful if we had any issues and the enrolment process was made easy.
