I refinanced a current Rocket Mortgage loan. This was completed all online and I was shocked at how well and fast the process completed. Everyone I worked with online was very knowledgeable and professional. I had no tech issues, and the entire system was easy and flawless. I would recommend Rocket Mortgage to anyone. Entire process took quite a bit longer than was told. Needed to provide statements and letters after being told everything on my end was finished, twice. Communication could be improved as well as clarity on what underwriter needs specifically. Rate changed and had me sign an acknowledgement and wasn't informed why until the following week. Plus side, the help chat on the website was useful most of the time to answering questions.

The process was much slower than originally projected. The information given to me was inaccurate during much of the process. This was the least impressive refinancing process versus the previous four others I have done with other banks throughout my home ownership. Bottom Line: Not impressed with Rocket Mortgage at all. Would not recommend Rocket Mortgage.
