I knew that i would run into a few roadblocks through the process but the amount of nonsense i had to get a hold of was ridiclous then the checks to pay off my accounts are not in the notmal name of the business where i can just take the checks to pay off my debts i have to mail them

This was the most frustrating refi. First-way too many different people contacting customer. Second-if you don’t understand a process-ask someone who does. Our loan took 3 months to close. Multiple times along the way we had completely incorrect information. Two separate title companies were used-for weeks no one could tell us why. First title company cleared the title then three days before our first scheduled closing the second title company said-wait hold up this isn’t right(info straight from first title company which looks to be an in house or closely related company to rocket). Incorrect info was requested of our surveyor. Originally paid for a “rushed” survey because our loan officer said we could close in 2 weeks. That survey was created from the comments of the title company first used straight to survey company. It was incorrect completely in what Rocket needed. Just a complete mess and no one could tell us why. Will NEVER use rocket again.

Every person that I spoke with during the process was so friendly and helpful, also wanted to make sure that I understood everything that was talked about. It makes the experience so much better when people are friendly.

I will highly recommend him to my family and friends. We have used Rocket Mortgage in the past. It was a good experience; I rate it as 7 out of 10. This time it was a 10 plus. I rate it as a better experience because Mario went out of his way to call and check in even on off hours. I can't say enough about how great the experience has been.

Wasn't explained that I would have to send the creditors the check. A few of my credit card payments are do the first week of the month. So now I have cards that were not paid and now have a late payment charged.. I would have liked to speak to the loan officer before the final meeting with the title office. Also I thought the loan was suppose to be set up with biweekly payment which I did speak to someone three weeks before finalizing the loan. Of course payments are not set up Biweekly..
