I got two pairs of frames here for the price of one in my eyeglass store! The only problem I had was making my account at first, but once made everything else was a breeze. I will come back to shop for my next set of glasses.

United States | 10 February 2022I was worried about trying this at first, but they had three frames that I liked. I checked to make sure the website was legit and it was so I went for it. Currently, I was only looking for and ordered frames, no lenses. I originally didn't see/read where it said that it could take many weeks for the frames to arrive so I got concerned after some time had passed. I did eventually learn that one of the pairs that I ordered was on back-order and is why it was taking longer that expected. I did call several times to check on them because I personally didn't find the process online very user friendly, but that could have just been me? During one of my calls the last person I spoke to actually took the time to look into my order and told me about the delay and why. They then told me they could ship out the ones that were there instead of waiting for the back order on the third pair. Of course I said yes and they arrived as planned! Although, I waited longer than expected the frames are exactly what I wanted and the prices were good!

I’ve read some of the reviews on here and am very nervous about my order now. There were a few reviews that were happy with the quality of the glasses and customer service, so I’m clinging to those good reviews until I receive my order. I will post another review once I receive them. Fingers crossed!

United States | 09 February 2022Shoddy. Was seduced by their low price. Wish I would have checked out their BBB rating: F. Got scratched lenses on clip-on sunglasses. Customer service is useless: unanswered emails, customer service via phone is clearly outsourced to a third party who cannot make any decisions, online chat was not helpful. Eventually succeeded in getting a call back from someone named Brian who put up a brick wall and was clearly not interested in fairly resolving the issue, hiding behind the 5 day return policy and refusing to honor the 365 day manufacturer warranty. Now that they had my money they would not loosen their iron grip and make things right. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere with a reputable merchant!

United States | 09 February 2022Returns take a long time. Call the customer service don't wait for the online approval process. Calling and speaking with an agent moves the process along and even then it takes weeks. The two sunglasses I recieved were faulty and had to be returned. I did receive a full refund. I do not recommend for designer sunglasses. Will not purchase from this company again.

United States | 07 February 2022Glasses pro has the absolute worst customer service i have ever experienced. They are impossible to reach. Literally nobody answers the phone. The chat people are totally unhelpful. They have an absolutely ridiculous return policy. When you request an RMA no one ever responds. I will NEVER buy from this site again, and I'm reporting to the BBB.

After continually being told they will be in stock in a few weeks, I eventually had to cancel the order after 6+ months after being told they will likely not ever be in stock.

United States | 05 February 2022Been waiting over a month for item. I still don’t know if I will get the item. I don’t know why places sell you item that they don’t actually have in stock. Shouldn’t charge you until it ships. After they couldn’t tell me when my glasses would ever ship I canceled the order and got a refund.

First it took over a month to receive glasses and when i got them the progressive prescription was incorrect now i need to take off my glasses and use readers Customer service says no control over shipping and as far as lenses I have to send them proof they are incorrect and then return and they will remake like i can go another two months with no glasses

United States | 03 February 2022I ordered glasses and because of the BOGO sale the order had 2 frames and 1 set of lenses. I called customer service, they said cancel the order and reorder. When I reordered, it would't let me use the Welcome15 code, because I had already used it one time. I went on chat and that was no help at all. She wanted me to send an email?? And had no way to help me was constantly checking with the "back team" I ordered because I need the glasses. A look into my order would be greatly appreciated. If its not rectified in some way I will not be ordering again. Order #1300032967. I did receive a 10% discount and if you would like to keep a customer I am hoping for more of a discount. The website is hard to navigate and customer service doesn't exist so far as I have experienced. Thank you, Jody Johnson
