United States | 26 February 2022SCAM scam SCAM scam The USPS tracking number cannot be verified as being received in the USPS system. The BBB website has GlassesPros as a Scam Business. The address for GlassesPros listed on the BBB site and Trustpilot website is a Federal Express distribution facility. It has been over 35 days since the order was placed even though GlassesPros policy is delivery of glasses within 10 to 15 working days. Too many excuses, apologies, delays, and lies from customer service. Too many RED FLAGS.

United States | 24 February 2022Loved my frames, prescriptions wrong on both pairs. I emailed right away, no response. Sent messages through the site, no response. Talked to live chat person who was unhelpful, rude, and eventually told me to "just please send an email with your prescription", which of course they already have, sent again, no response. Paid for the transitions drivewear which is very helpful for it's purpose. In this case, I believe it was applied incorrectly. I asked live chat person if it was normal to get a 3D effect and headaches while wearing and she told me that that coating is supposed to be much darker. I knew that, and that wasn't my question. I hate having to return items, and have never felt the need to leave a bad review. I will update if my issues are addressed and/or solved.

I received a notice a week ago that one pair shipped but the tracking number provided says the package still has not been taken to USPS. They certainly took my money within minutes. Why couldn’t they ship them that fast?

United States | 21 February 2022First time buying from Glassespro. Horrible customer service! I received the wrong order, I emailed pictures and advised my order was wrong. Never got a response from the email I sent. I called and was told a return shipping slip would be emailed so I could return the wrong order I received. I never received the return slip. I called again was told I would have it in an hour, never received it. I was told my glasses would be shipped once they received the item they shipped to me by mistake. Here it is 3 weeks later, I still don’t have the return shipping slip or my glasses. I will NEVER order from them again. This has been horrible and it seems I may be out almost $200 for the order I placed. Don’t buy from glassespro.

It's been 14 days since the order was placed & the status is the same "processing, special order from manufacturer" I had to reschedule my eye exam, because that information was never provided upon purchase.

United States | 14 February 2022Do Not use this site, better off making the glasses yourself if you actually want a pair in the next century. Customer service is a joke, calling is a nightmare. This site and company should be closed. If you can’t deliver, can’t answer simple questions and take peoples money , it’s called a fraud. Use any other site and pay more, you’ll actually get your shipment.

There are definitely a ton of frames and lenses to browse through and great deals to be had. My only criticism is that the website was a little bit slow.

I'm not lieing when I say they will mess up your order and they have you wait 5 days so they don't have to pay you a refund..I just got ahold of them today after many many many trys they close there own concerns comment box right away so they throw it under the rug and your stuck with your thumb up your butt out 1000 dollars
