We have just bought our Smeg kitchen appliances for just over half of what we would pay in Australia including shipping, duty and GST. The service from start to finish was excellent and Filippo Salbini is happy to discuss your requirements over the phone/Skype and answers his emails very quickly and kept us informed about what was happening. I would not hesitate to recomend Filippo and Fesal.com to anyone.

We are building our second new home now and after spending a fortune on European appliances in our first build I decided to shop around on the internet. We discovered Fesal and have now started to purchase bathroom and kitchen products. Filippo is great and is always willing to give you any product information you may need. We purchased all our goods for half the price they would have cost us here in Australia!!

Da der Termin für die Badrenovierung näherrückte, war ich etwas in Sorge wegen der noch fehlenden Gessi-Armaturen. Aber Herr Filippo Salbini hat sich sehr engagiert und rechtzeitig geliefert. Danke für die nette Kommunikation.

Filippo Salbini has been great. I recommend contacting him directly to discuss your order, especially if you need something special that may not be included on the site. He managed to source a rangehood for me that was not on the site, and kept me fully informed throughout the order and delivery process. I tried 2 new companies and split the purchase between them. Insani in Germany delivered the goods within 2 weeks. Was nearly a month a had to chase Fesal down to find what happened to my order? Apparently Italy was on holidays. I believe if someone wants to run a satellite internet franchise sales company they should be just as enthusiastic to keep customers informed and provide the service as they are in taking prepaid orders. If I was to make further purchases on bathroom tap ware, hands down I would go back to Insani. As a consumer there is a element of risk of prepaying for products and waiting to see what happens next? You only need to be let down once as there are plenty of others competing for your money. The ladies that I dealt with in Melbourne where very polite in emails, all due respect to them, my apologies for Italy taking holidays let you down.

I was initially a bit hesitant to order $22k worth of appliances on-line from someone I'd never dealt with. However the references and reviews were very positive and we went ahead. I was able to track the shipment from when it was dispatched and our appliances arrived in good time and in perfect condition. The whole transaction was a breeze and everything went smoothly. Filippo was very attentive and provided prompt answers to any questions. And we saved a huge amount of money. This allowed us to buy all top of the line Gaggenau appliances for less than we would have paid here for Miele. I'm very pleased to have discovered an excellent supplier and will happily purchase again.

We ordered a granite sink and kitchen tap ware from Fesal. The service was fantastic, delivery reasonably prompt (considering it was being shipped from Italy) and products are great. Very good quality items, incredible value for money. Would definitely purchase from Fesal again.

We are so happy with Fesal. Great Service. So our story is that we needed a new kitchen hob and was annoyed at how much they charge in Australia for Gaggeneau - so we took a risk and ordered one through Fesal, held our breath and when it arrived it was broken - completely smashed. Bloody couriers. Anyway it was no problem for Fesal. They sent a replacement one immediately and it arrived within 2 weeks of the old one breaking! How good is that. Cheers Michelle

I am very happy to recommend buying from Fesal. Nothing seems to be too much of an effort - Filippo is customer service personified! He provides the most excellent service, great prices and responds immediately to any query. We bought a cooker hood and a beautiful tap from Fesal. From start to finish - whether it was sourcing the product, providing us with tracking information, right to the last detail - Filippo provided us with the information. We are fitting our new house with the Hangrohe PuraVida series of tap ware. Unfortunately, the kitchen mixers are not available from the Australian distributor, who only supply a selection of products from the full range. I discovered Fesal and found the mixer I wanted, at a very good price. After reading peoples' reviews, I had confidence to purchase from Fesal, and in the end I am happy I did. No issues with the purchase. The product arrived in reasonable time, particularly allowing for the summer holiday period in Italy. I will purchase additional products from Fesal in the near future to complete our requirements. Highly recommended, especially in sourcing products unavailable in Australia, and prices are very good.

After a great deal of thought and searching for the perfect cooker hood, Fesal were so very helpful and informative, with a choice of items just that little bit different. Delivery was fascinating, tracking it's progress through Europe, with delivery so much sooner than expected. A brilliant experience proving the value of world wide shopping.

I ordered a tap close to the time that many companies in Italy take a month long break for the Summer holidays. Filippo at Fesal assured me it would be despatched before the closure so I would have it in time for my kitchen renovation. I know he had to make an extra effort to make this happen but true to his word he achieved the near impossible! It is on it's way! Definitely a great way to buy European goods at a far cheaper price. Easy to deal with, I highly recommend using Fesal.

I used Fesal to purchase an extractor fan from Falmec. Dealing with Fesal was 100% straightforward and easy. I got the product that I need at super-competitive price. No hassle, the product was delivered much faster than I expected. I can recommend 100% to anyone and will not hesitate to use Fesal again. I was after a specific rangehood for our kitchen, given the design, we decided to go with a down draft system. We struggled in Australia to find something we liked and of reasonable quality. I was informed by numerous kitchen companies and posts on forums, that [External link] was an excellent choice, but unfortunately [External link] in Australia did not import the down draft models, so we thought we were back to square one. I had stumbled across Fesal's website during my research, but was a little hesitant, untill a couple of kitchen companies, in particular [External link] strongly recommended Fesal. The designer at [External link] said they regularly used Fesal and that [Name] at Fesal would be able to assit us with any inquires. Well.... I gave it a go, logged onto Fesal and chatted with [Name] via the fesal chat portal and spent 30 minutes chatting with [Name] about the best options and ordered the down draft we wanted, which we couldnt get in Australia. 3 weeks later the down draft arrived, well packed, just as ordered (June 2014). The price was excellent and the same as cheaper models down drafts from New Zealand and well below the Smeg models - ordering from Fesal saved me a good 30 to 40%. Overall, I was very very happy with the service, if I had to say what they could do more to improve, I honestly couldnt say anything, and the product, well it is fantastic! [External link] is definately the farrari of range hoods and no one elses down drafts come close in comparision. [Name] a big thankyou and also thank you to [External link] and the othe companies that put me onto Fesal. If you are worried about buying from Fesal, DONT, Serivce is A1 and I would definately use them again if I ever renovate another kitchen or bathroom.

The heading says it all, and what makes it so unbelievable is that I have never met Filippo in person. His excellence in customer service is second to none. Like everyone, I was sceptical from buying from overseas, however it is the best decision I have EVER made. He helped me with choosing the right tapwares, mixers and showers to suit my home and spent countless hours to make sure I was satisfied with all products and quantities, usually done online via the online chat feature on his website. He even called me over the phone before I purchased the products on a few occasions too which gave me upmost confidence. The great thing is, his point if contact was always prompt (usually within minutes, during Italian business hours) and he even called me after I had received my order and to see if a was satisfied - something very rarely done down here in Melbourne by our retailers. If there's one bit of advise I can give to ANYONE out there, it's not even think twice. I saved myself $9000 buying from Fesal compared to the best price I could get locally. A great Business run by a knowledgeable Master. Thank you Fesal, Thank you Filippo!

We saved thousands from the quoted Australian store price, even when accounting for import duties and transport. Delivery time was very similar. One manufacturers fault was replaced immediately by Fesal. We were initially skeptical and only purchased 5000 euro of products but will now certainly return for more. We bought an new ILVE Oven from Filippo, and what can i say. The cheapest dealer we found on the Internet, and a real great service from Filippo. He answered extremly quickly and friendly on all our requests. The Oven arrived last week in perfect condition. That how shopping should always be. THANKS A LOT
