We shipped goods to Australia. Our item was way cheaper on Fesal than instore even with shipping. Having an Australia call centre and local contact gave us piece of mind too.

We were after a specific range hood for our kitchen we couldn't purchase in Australia. We were ripped off by another o/s company so when we found Phillipo our kitchen dream was finally completed. The whole process was extremely easy, and we are extremely happy with the stove and oven we bought following Phillipo's advice. What we were amazed by most was the after sales service. A fuse blew in the range hood and we were looked after by Phillipo . Thank you so much. Would look no where else if we needed more appliances.

We live in New Zealand and ordered a sink from Fesal, when it arrived the sink was damaged beyond repair or use due to poor handling from the courier. I contacted Filippo and sent him photos of the damage. Even though is was the courier's fault, without hesitation he shipped a new one to us taking care of claiming against his insurance and customs on our side rather than saying "sorry, your problem". When the friends ask where we got the sink (we have very limited choice of sinks here in NZ), I will not hesitate to point them in the direction of Filippo and Fesal.

I had so much trouble tracking down a certain kitchen tap in Australia, but managed to find it at Fesal. I spoke to their salesman on line, established they had the tap I required in stock and what the price would be. The tap was delivered within a few weeks. When I did at one stage chase up its whereabouts they were able to advised me of its estimated arrival. Overall was a great experience.

I bought a number of items which were shipped to Australia without issues. Due to summer holidays in Europe there were some issues with supply from manufacturers but Fillipo provided good communication and I was sent with a higher model of the same item without even requesting it. Everything is of the highest quality and has provide the wow factor to my kitchen and bathroom at a fraction of the cost if sourced in Australia.
