I ordered family photos and half of them came with our heads cut off!! No idea what happened to formating but I will never use it again,absolutely horrible.

We ordered 74 prints and they weren't good. We emailed but didn't get a response. A second attempt to contact you was successful and Zied helped us get the prints replaced in time for a competition.

Chose Boots because of the variable width option, maintaining the aspect ratio of my camera. Annoyingly on the order summary screen the option defaulted to 6x4, but in the end the photos came with the correct aspect ratio - perhaps you could tweek the order summation page to reassure customers they're getting what they requested. Good quality prints.

Easy to use, good quality prints. I used the automated print service and it was so easy. both ordering and printing/picking up. Limited choice of print sizes for this service but for most people it would suffice. Will use again if required.

The quality of the images was good . However, I could no longer see my image and so decided nor to order more copies for my family

The service is good because I was able to create the photo calendar I wanted. I do think the design functions (ie inserting photos, re-shaping photos and inserting text etc) could be a bit easier to use or more step by step guidance given. I had to rely on trial and error and hope for the best. But it turned out fine!
