Excellent communication helpful with any queries. Email sent with update on deliver date. Bike was delivered by a local company which made it easy to ask any question after the delivery and make booking for service easier.

A seriously simple process to follow, clearly designed by a commercially sensible organisation. All I had to do was pop my chosen items into the basket, accept and sit back. After a couple of days I was told everything was good and my new bike and helmet were to be delivered the next day. Which they were, safely and undamaged. Absolutely brilliant service.

Very quick turn around, from selecting the bike to being authorised, had a couple of calls directly to keep me informed of when bike would be ready, had a quick turn around so overall very pleased with the service and would recommend.

The process was very speedy and I was able to collect the bike really quickly - and am very happy with it. However, I was uncomfortable to be contacted by cycle solutions, having spent time with the team in the local cycle shop, and be offered a discount for buying directly through cycle solutions. This seemed unethical (and I didn't choose to do this).

Almost five stars but there are a couple of very small scratches at the top of the forks (not worthy of returning the bike though). I am going to have to try resolving the rear brake myself or take it to a shop to resolve (there is a scraping noise where if you slightly apply the rear brake it disappears). Other than that i am pleased with it.

I have been using Cycle Solutions for 1 year 7 months now. I have bought around 20 plus items from them including my bike. They have Exceptional customer service!!!! I call in for advice to buy somethig, not sure if a part would fit, they have dealt with the warrantee companies for me and make it seemless. Best thing is they have a direct number where they give me advice or guide me, but their email system is super efficient. I.e. had a manufacturing defective part, sebt an email witha photo, they found my details and reciept, contacted and placed a new order with supplier and just emailed me back to let me knowntime scale. Literally no headache. Appreciate the effort of the after sales team. Thank you
