I haven't owned a bike in over 30 years. I was completely baffled as to how the cycle 2 work scheme worked. Ordered a bike over the weekend. Processed on the first business day, sent out on the 2nd. Arrived on the third day. Very pleased with the whole process and product. Plus got a free toolkit! Anyone with doubts..? Go for it

Bike was sent after a fairly significant delay - they had said the instock notice was wrong because someone ordered after me but it went through processing more quickly. But then after the lengthy delay they'd sent the wrong bike out. It was an older model they'd delivered. The admin process was easy and straightforward but still waiting on a response regarding the delay and wrong bike being sent. Will update my review as they respond.

dealing with cyclesolutions was great, response time with questions and phone calls were fast. However their choice of TNT as the courier was not great, my parcel was routed to the wrong place originally and then missed the driver when arriving at the correct depot. If they were to change their courier I wouldn't be able to fault them.

Price matched bike from another company - saved £600. Bike was built well and well packaged. Comms were good, received a couple of phone calls and tracking info to keep me up to date. 1 tiny gripe is that they included the wrong supplement with the paperwork (but it's available online). Very satisfied overall.

Very Careful. I thought this would be a faff to order online and through my bike to work scheme, but this was very easy, with all the necessary information online and a very helpful checking team who caught some items that were incompatible. They contacted me to offer an alternative and kept me up to date with all the delivery details too. Very satisfied.
