Brilliant service especially aftercare. Great bike at a great price delivered quickly securely and well packed. Couldn’t be better.

I bought via the cycle to work scheme, it was so simple to do and everything was clearly explained. I did have one query and that was answered immediately via live chat. From start to finish and receiving my new bike took about two weeks (had it delivered), so very impressed.

I've got a problem with my bike but the aftercare service is so poor. Been trying for 3 days to ring them about as an issue but never seem to get through you have to leave a message but they never get back in contact with you. They ask you to press four if it's urgent but that doesn't seem to bother them either

Good value bikes for the components. Bikes built to an acceptable standard - I had to tweak the front derailleur slightly. Delivery was problematic by TNT. Missed the delivery but had a card left by FedEx asking to contact to rearrange delivery but with no reference number. The TNT reference did nothing on the FedEx website but it arrived the following day anyway.

Liked everything except delivery. There were no options and just a delivery window of anytime between 8am and 6pm over the next 2 days. Obviously nobody can write 2 days off to sit in waiting. So unsurprisingly I missed delivery.

Bike was well packaged up and great quality, fully built and all I had to do was turn the handlebars and adjust the seat, delivered on time and earlier in the day which meant I could use it straight away.

Really efficient, bike delivered when it was due to be.

I returned some shoes as they didn't fit. It's been over 2 weeks since they were delivered and I haven't received my refund or had any replies from messages I have sent asking about the refund . I've contacted my payment provider for advice

Very disappointing experience with cycle solutions. I asked for my new bike to be delivered to my 80 yr old father’s address as I was at work. Obviously there was no one at home when they tried to deliver to my address. I phoned the company who assured me it would arrive at dads the next day ………,, It did not they tried to deliver at mine again fortunately my neighbour took it in for me Less than a week later I saw the bike £900 cheaper with another supplier. Cyclesolutions did agree to honour a price match which was good but on closer examination I discover my bike is fitted with an inferior electric motor which is a third less powerful than it should be. 50 nm instead of the advertised 75 nm. I complained again and it was agreed I could send the bike back at no charge A new box was sent and today my poor old dad having wasted two days waiting delivery has wasted a whole afternoon waiting for tnt to collect the bike and they have not turned up !! Despite repeated phone calls over the last week and e mails asking for some form of resolution no one from this company has bothered to contact me My advice is avoid at all cost - unfortunately I have no option as this is my employers choice of company on the cycle to work scheme. Such a shame as I’m a repeat customer and gave them an excellent review in 2020

For the second time with CS the delivery was extremely poor. For a bike costing over £3k the arranged delivery day was cancelled. I then sent 2 emails over 2 days asking for an update on the new delivery date. I got no reply and then the bike just turned up with no warning, luckily caught me in. The box was very badly damaged, holes in it and patched all over with black bin liner style plastic! The CS allen key tool did not have the size to fit the handlebars so had to find my own. The chekclist has a tick against lights and reflectors 'fitted', there weren't any. Thankfully the bike is good and that's the 3 stars!

All great. Very easy to navigate through the website. Great choice. Great assembly. All I had to do was straight the handlebar and tight the screw and attach the pedals. All necessary tools was included.
