I sourced the bike that I wanted at a much lower price than that which was on the Cycle Solutions web site or from local participating bike shops. I called Cycle Solutions to clarify my next steps. The young woman I spoke to was very helpful and located the shop as one of their partners and then told me the next steps to take. From that point on it was easy.

First time I've used Cycle Solutions and found the website easy to use and my order was delivered faster than expected.

I was contacted a couple of times by Cycle Solutions regarding the progress of the order and delivery and it all went very smoothly and to promised schedule. The staff on the phone were courteous and professional. No hiccups, all very straightforward and stress free.

I have ordered a Gazelle E-bike and then some Kryptonite locks from Cycle Solutions and everything was delivered on time. There was an issue with the E-bike packaging being damaged by the delivery company and some small damage to the bicycle and Cycle Solutions promptly gave me a voucher.

Good service, bike arrived early. ready assembled and set up. Just the handle bars to straighten.

His solution didn’t fully solve the issue but they advised they are going provide me with both parts needed and I will need to arrange fitting which is a big improvement on previous stance. Thanks Mike Initial review- Bought a bike through the cycle to work scheme with my employer back in November last year. Given that it was November and I live in the north east of England it is understandable that this was not ridden since purchased. It arrived looking good for someone who is not really knowledgeable about bikes. It was first ridden approximately two weeks ago and the chain fell off. I thought nothing of it and thought maybe it was me just getting used to the gears. Anyway, this problem continued another two times. I emailed after sales who advised it sounded like it needed a gear service, which was surprising to me given it hadn’t been ridden and they recommended I took it to a bike shop, which I did. On inspection I was advised that it had a bent rear hanger and rear mech (two parts). It was suggested that this could have happened in delivery transit given limited riding and to repair both would cost around £100. I contacted cycle solutions, who initially suggested that it could have been damaged in transit and offered me £30 refund to get it fixed which would not cover the cost. They then quickly responded again to ask that I ignored the email as it had been delivered a while ago and I should have reported this issue on delivery. I have advised that the bike has not been ridden until this point and given that I am not a bike expert I am not sure how they would expect me to recognise a slight bend in a piece of metal, when I am expecting a fully functioning and working bike to arrive. They have advised that this is my issue to deal with and to put right and suggested there is nothing they can do about this to help me. For note, this is not a cheap bike, it cost around £750, which I am still paying for under the salary sacrifice. I have asked for complaints process and have been ignored and not provided with this. Note to anyone buying with this provider, do so with caution or at least get it professionally checked on delivery- although if you are dealing with a reputable company you should never have to expect to do this.

I highly recommend cycle solutions. The staff and team were very helpful. I also got a free bag and tool kit.

The Company Is honest in what they say and do? The bike is already made up for you. All you need do is just put the pedals on easy enough and humblebars and good quality. Items as one.

I would suggest you confirm everything with your bike shop before, then link in Cycle Solutions. Unless you're going direct.

Ordering the bike was really easy and straightforward. The call I received from Cycle Solutions following up on my order was very helpful as I was able to ask some questions that the ordering process hadn't done. Estimated delivery time was provided and the bike actually arrived sooner than expected. I was able to choose my deliver slot and I knew exactly when the bike was arriving.
