Bought a bike from an online retailer using a voucher from Cycle Solutions, very quick and easy process, bike arrived about 10 days after ordering as expected, all good.

Bike turned up in the mentioned timeframe for delivery. Fully built and checked over before despatch and the freebies were a nice touch. Only issue was I was never emailed about my order being despatched. I had to keep checking my account online to get the tracking with TNT.

Good selection of bikes. Swift process - had the bike within 1 week!!! Superb

- Communication was good, staff and admin kept me updated with order and product. - Some problems with delivery however this as actually DPD apparently they can't offer time frame slots and they can't call prior delivery also tracking service si very poor with time frame between 8AM till 6PM. - Bicycle delivered as serviced, unsure if TCU on the bike is actually the one I've ordered. Currently investigating.
